部屋のアメニティーの少なさに愕然とした、特にタオルが1セットのみ、風呂場にも無し、値段の割にはウェルカムドリンクの無し、室内の風呂にあたっては髪の毛の付着、ぬめり等とても入れる状況では無い！ほかの大江戸温泉系も同様かと疑いたくなる酷さです。恐らく大江戸温泉は二度と使わないと思う

客室は新しくないが、清潔に保たれていた。 バイキング形式の料理は他のコメントで多くあるように伊勢のが品数が多い。スタッフが慌ただしく、順番を待ってようやく料理を取っている妻の背後から割り込むように空いた皿を回収、もう少し落ち着いてやって欲しいと感じた。妻も感じ悪いと言っていました。客は普段の生活から離れ、楽しみにして来ているので、モチベーションを落とす行為は気をつけてほしい。

70歳過ぎの姉妹でお世話になりました。チェックアウトが11時なのでとてもゆっくりお喋りをする事が出来ました。ロビーに沢山の種類の飲みが有り好きなだけ頂けるのもありがたかったです。

ロビーのウェルカムドリンクはとても良い。料理も美味しかった。１つ残念なのは部屋に歯磨きセットが無くて困った。フロント近くにあると思ったが無かった。どこかにあったのかもしれないけど見つけられなかった。

夕食か、バイキングという事で、期待していなかったのですが、金目鯛の煮付けや刺身、天ぷら、和洋中あり美味しかったです。布団も寝心地よし、ロビーでビールやジュースが飲み放題なのも嬉しいサービスだと思います。
