I enjoyed the tour! Our tour guide was super nice and cool. His name is Daniel Ji. He took care of us and offered really great suggestions for food and places to see. He also spoke some Spanish and was fun to be around. I will reach out to him again when I go next year 😁 He deserves a raise!

This was an interesting tour that would be unlikely to do on your own, with attractions like the fun capsule and unique evening views. It's a shame I couldn't see the sunset due to bad weather.

She was warm, caring, and incredibly thoughtful throughout the entire journey. Victoria went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the experience. She helped us take beautiful photos at every spot, shared interesting information, and always made sure we didn’t miss the best moments. Her patience, kindness, and attention to detail truly made the trip special. One of the sweetest surprises was the return gifts she gave us, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The handwritten postcard she gave at the end of the tour was especially lovely and became a beautiful memory to take home from Busan. I was able to enjoy Busan's sightseeing and food in one day. This tour is a great value because it would be impossible to see everything in two days using trains, taxis, and buses. It also helps you avoid taxi scams.

David was a handsome man from Busan who spoke excellent English and Japanese. Thanks to him, the tour was very enjoyable and fulfilling. He was attentive to everyone, regardless of their nationality, ensuring no one felt uneasy, and he was flexible in accommodating participants' needs. Although the place isn't large, every part of it is full of surprises. All the small animals are very active, and the staff explain things and feed them with great care. The glass-bottom boat for feeding is also unforgettable. Both kids and adults said they want to go again. Plus, Haeundae Beach is right outside the venue, so you can visit two attractions in one day—how convenient!
