Mr. Ong is a very good tourist guide. He is well versed of the area and explains the history well. He also knows good places to thrive, dine and even walk for a tourist like us. Highly recommended guide.

Best tour, and best tour guide. Really thankful for Tony, not just for showing us around and for sharing everything about penangs' history, but also, even to the extent of sending us to a coffee shop and to a food center WITHOUT charges. Really appreciate his efforts and hospitality.

Group size: 2 people Tour guide: Mr. Huang Attractions along the way: Kapitan Jining Mosque, Guanyin Pavilion, St. George's Church, Little India, Fire Station, Xingzhou Bridge, Haikeng Food Center, Mural Street Rest: Haikeng Food Center Tour guide Mr. Huang is worthy of being a 30-year old tour guide, with rich experience, sufficient knowledge reserves, and humorous words. He took us to walk slowly in the ruins area, chatting while walking, seeing many different scenery, and hearing many different stories. The whole process was very careful about our physical distribution, and we were not particularly tired.

price is a bit high considering all tickets and meals are not included, but the tour guide was very kind and friendly, recommended a few good places which are not in the itinerary and waited us in the shopping mall before sent us back to hotel!

Mr. Ong did an excellent job in making our short trip worth every penny. we communicated ahead that we will be visiting the Habitat, and he agreed. The fast lane ticket made our entire Penang Hill trip smooth. He made special arrangment to drop us by a nearby food hub. Mr. Ong is easy to go with, not arrogant nor hot headed. He us very patient and a very good driver. For a private tour of 3, it was surely a trip to remember.

Mr Eng was a great guide and gave detailed explanations. The itinerary was well planned as we arrived at the Pinang Peranakan Museum before the hordes of tourists. Mr Eng also gave us enough time to take pictures at each site. This is a great tour if you want to see the must-visit sites in half a day. Will recommend.

I was fortunate to meet Mr. Huang, a local living dictionary, who has been studying and inheriting Penang's history and culture for more than 20 years. He learned about the development and rule during the British colonial period, the love and hatred between Chinese immigrants in Fujian (Zhangzhou-Haishan Society, Quanzhou-Xingshi Bridge area) and Guangdong (Guangzhou-Yee Hing Society, Chaozhou), how they could donate money to build temples because of their beliefs, and fight over territory. He also learned about the origins of Penang's various neighborhoods, and the public call for submissions for iron paintings after obtaining the intangible cultural heritage in 2008. In 2012, a Lithuanian painter left a mural by accident, which opened up the art of murals, and came back to add color 12 years later. These are just a small part of the story. If you like to travel in depth, it is recommended to prepare a pair of good shoes, do a good job of sun protection, and follow Mr. Huang's story journey to discover the food and surprises behind every corner.

The three of us arrived on a cruise ship and only had a few hours in Penang. Our tour guide, William, was wonderful. He picked us up in his car at the port, took us to the Kek Lok Si temple and guided us to the best photo spots and the most interesting sites. He spoke good English and was very helpful. He parked at the very top so we didn’t have to walk up in the heat. Then he drove us down to every level and also gave us some free time to explore. After the temple he drove us to Penang Hill. It looked like it was about to rain, so William customized the schedule to show us as much as possible in the short time. The line to Penang Hill funicular was extremely long, if we were in a regular line it probably would have taken us an hour, but the tour included fast pass tickets, which was wonderful! William guided us ahead of the line, shows where to sit for the best views and walked with us to all the highlight on the hill. It was really a perfect tour and good value for the money. Highly recommend!
