Things to do in Noboribetsu Onsen

I do enjoy this tour and highly recommend in you want to explore different area/places within Sapporo. I much better enjoy this compared to yesterday cherryblossom full day tour. Our tour guide Xixi also knowledgeable with the area and appreciate that she emphasize the time to go back in our bus. She also take good picture of me. The weather was also nice which added with the good tour. Perhaps will go back here with Fam and book this tour again. Thank you Klook 🥰

All the spots we visited were gorgeous! Our tour guide, Xiao Weng, was also wonderful. He introduced the attractions, gave advice on what to buy and how to make the most of our time, and more. I was originally hesitating between this and another package that included Makkari Village to see Mount Yotei, but I didn't expect that I'd get to see Mount Yotei from the TOYA Observatory today anyway! It was stunning and gave me such a pleasant surprise 🫶🏻 Also, Cape Chikyu is truly worth visiting, though it seems less common in other tour packages. You can see from the videos how calm and gentle the color of the sea is 🫶🏻 Plus, there was actually a refrigerator on the bus! But I left my white pudding behind in the car 🤣 Good thing I was able to contact the staff immediately via WhatsApp. Their customer service was great and their response time was super fast. Highly recommended overall!

We first visited Hokkaido in 2005, and this time we joined a 1-day local tour through Klook. We are grateful for the great weather today, the well-planned itinerary highlights, and the relaxing pace. We plan to continue using Klook when we go to Okinawa next year. Also, our tour guide today, Jenny, was very attentive and a great communicator. Managing a group of 40 people today is no easy task, yet she handled it with grace and ease. Furthermore, Jenny has excellent language skills, being able to explain things clearly in both English and Mandarin (her native language) with a well-organized delivery that made it easy for us to understand. My wife and I give both the itinerary and Jenny a 5-star rating. Finally, thank you, Jenny, for leading today's trip. 🤝

Lovely, well timed itinerary with lots of helpful links and info from Kundan. The late start was greatly appreciated. The two guides (EN: Kundan, KR: Bang) on board were wonderful to talk to and our driver Harimotoさん drove very smoothly. I don't take pictures of myself so I mostly took photos of the scenery and one of Kundan :) Would love to take another tour with TourStory in the future.

Was fuss free to book via Klook and ticket was easy to use, just need to show the counter to exchange for physical tickets and u r on ur way to the ropeway and bear park! But the bear park is very small area and a bit underwhelming and the bears look really sad and they are constantly doing the action to ask visitors to throw food to them.. I feel kinda depressed looking at that actually.

I had a wonderful tour experience! Everything was well organized, enjoyable, and exceeded our expectations. A special thanks to Mr. Kevin for being such an excellent and accommodating tour guide. He was friendly, attentive, and always made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the trip. One thing I especially appreciated was how he took beautiful photos for each of us at every location, helping us capture unforgettable memories from the tour. Our guide Allen was very helpful and knowledgeable. He shared a lot of local stories & that’s so much better than reading articlesssss about Hokkaido history & culture. Wish we can have 30mins more at Otaru to take a slow stroll to soak in the beautiful town.
