best hotel we stayed in our nz trip! good personalised service, nice room and good breakfast.

The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom had all the essentials, including shampoo and body wash. There were also tea bags and coffee in the room for guests to use, a very thoughtful service.

Klook booking and and all is excellent, however will review the hotel that we were check-in late, instead of 2PM, the room is not yet ready at 2:30PM, which I find off and also the bath tab has stains which is discouraging to use.

great place to stay. clean and super near the airport. Walk towards novotel follow the covered walk, cross the street, follow the short green & black light stand.

Great location within walking distance to Queenstown’s centre yet quiet enough for a peaceful stay. Rooms and apartments are clean and come with handy kitchen facilities. Staff are friendly, and on-site parking is a bonus. Shared areas can get busy, and some units are a bit dated, but overall a great value for money—perfect for families or groups.

second time stay at this hotel and a yr ago. the expectation is as per reviewed.

It was really great accomodation for us 5 people in a family unit apartment. Thankfully there’s already kitchenwares to cook. It’s just an old house with renovated massive living room with 3 double bedrooms. Great location with a view.
