The hotel was indeed satisfactory...I'm just not satisfied with KLOOK's service. Before booking, they stated that the room I booked would have a KLCC view, but I got the opposite. So KLOOK seemed to have misled customers. I tried to cancel the booking, but there was a charge of over RM600...unlike other apps that offer a full refund. So for KLOOK, I'm giving only 1 star...one more thing, apparently the price offered is higher even if you book early...this is the first and last time I'm using this app...not recommended...better to just uninstall it.

At first, it was dissapointing to wait for the host to respond, we ask different transient agency there. it was not indicated that our host is HOLMA. we've waited for more than an hour and even had late check in because of it, but "Shah" the lobby personnel agreed to my request to have a late checkout as well. The will ask for RM300 deposit which will be refunded after checkout if no damage. The unit is nice and clean with almost new furniture, please bring travel adapter as they do not provide one. The unit given to us does not have balcony, the pictures provided are all their units available, so don't assume to have a balcony with city view. Free use of gym and infinity pool at 35th flr which is amaizing during day and night time. Elevator usually takes a while. Perfect location near MRT and just infront of Quill Mall. Getting grabcar is easy, with 711 and other stores nearby. They have washing machine with detergent so we were able to wash our clothes during our 4 nights stay there.

Attractive view. The restaurant's breakfast area is spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly even though we checked in at 1 AM.
