Hotels near Taikoo Hui

Every time I stay in Guangzhou, I choose this place. Everyone is familiar with it, the service is excellent, and the room cleaning is very thorough.

Highly recommended - 1) location is great, linked to onelinkmall and mrt, walking distance to nearby malls like grand view. 2) Good sized,comfortable one bedder for a couple with a toddler. Had a pillow menu which is much appreciated as the default was too soft for us. What stands out is 3) Their service. All their staff made us feel welcomed and were prompt to attend to our requests.

This time, I stayed in room 2603 and noticed that the hot water gradually turned lukewarm halfway through my shower. I'm not sure if it's because of the high floor or something else, but this might need some improvement. Luckily, it's summer now; if it were winter, the water would get colder and colder as I showered.

The service was good, the room was clean and spacious, and they proactively cleaned it. The air conditioning was a bit loud, but the bed was comfortable and very clean. I highly recommend it to everyone. Excellent!

We enjoyed our stay at Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou so much! The location is superb and accessible to the different attraction in Guangzhou. The house keeping is top notch and we had a good rest throughout our stay.

This is my second time staying here, and I really like this room type. It's clean, comfortable, and has a huge mirror. There are a lot of restaurants outside the hotel, and you can also go directly to the shopping mall through the internal door, which is very convenient.

Another excellent stay! Once again, many thanks to Ms. Yip Wing Mui at the front desk for her thoughtful advance arrangements. The heater, orthopedic mattress, and cervical pillow were all prepared before check-in, and the arrangements were considerate and appropriate, providing a touch of warmth in the cold weather. Other staff in the hotel lobby are also very responsible and dedicated. One day, a friend who had surgery and was in a wheelchair came to visit, and the hotel lobby staff were also very helpful, assisting with getting them in and out. A very excellent hotel team with perfect management and a convenient location. Extremely cost-effective, truly a quality hotel in the area 👍👍👍 Will continue to choose this hotel for future stays.
