Our tour guide, Harry, is extremely fluent in Chinese, English, and Japanese. He meticulously and enthusiastically detailed the history of Himeji Castle. Arima Onsen is definitely a relaxing experience not to be missed. The carbonated hot spring crackers in the shopping district are delicious 😋, and you should also try the roasted chestnuts. Harry also proactively provided many recommendations for great restaurants and places to enjoy the night view. Thank you!

Booking tickets through Klook is very convenient. The venue is flat and suitable for beginners, and there are many Taiwanese people there. Renting gloves separately is extremely expensive; it's highly recommended to bring your own to save money.

The arrangement was very good, with ample time allocated. The tour guide provided explanations. There weren't too many people this time, which was great. There was enough time at each attraction to walk around and see things.

This was a mixed group of Chinese and English speakers, and the tour guide, Xiao Tang, was very responsible. Luckily, everyone was punctual, so the itinerary went smoothly. I highly recommend the zoo next to Himeji Castle! The raccoon dogs are super cute! Also, the time at Arima Onsen was a little tight, but I still went to the nearby hotel to soak in the hot spring, which was very relaxing!

This trip to Arima Onsen was a very comfortable and convenient overall experience.
Tickets can be purchased online in advance, and you will receive an electronic ticket immediately after placing your order. This eliminates the need to queue and the price is cheaper than buying on-site, which is a bonus for travelers.
After entering, you will have your own locker and receive a personal card number. All purchases of meals, souvenirs, or additional services within the facility are charged to this card, and you settle the bill all at once when you leave, making the process smooth.
After receiving the card, you can go to the clothing area to choose your favorite color of yukata, change your clothes, and go downstairs to wash and soak in the hot springs. There are indoor and outdoor hot springs. Soaking in the outdoor hot springs is particularly relaxing and comfortable.
After soaking in the hot springs, there is also a relaxation sofa area where you can lie down and rest, take a nap, or read the manga provided by the facility. The entire space is very relaxing, and you feel like you could stay all day.
In addition, you can pay to experience fish therapy, bedrock baths, massages, or dine inside. There are many choices.
In terms of transportation, you can take a bus from downtown Kobe. The last bus from Arima Onsen back to the city is at 6:00 PM, with departures approximately every 30 minutes, so remember to pay attention to the time.
If you are not in a hurry, I highly recommend scheduling time to visit Arima Onsen and relax.

The tour worths every single pennies. Such beautiful scenes, especially the night view at Rokko mountain, is one of the kind. Arima onsen is also very fun and relaxing activity. Our tour guide Mr. Kangfu is very professional, helpful and can speak fluently English, and Chinese/Mandarin, and Japanese. It is a very memorial trip. I would definitely do it again if I visit Japan next year.

We went on February 8th, two families in one minibus. It happened to be snowing that day, and we saw Himeji Castle in the snow, so beautiful! After arriving at Arima Onsen, the snow gradually got heavier, and some roads were closed. We couldn't go up Mount Rokko, but the driver cooperated with our schedule and departed earlier to return to the city, avoiding being stranded on the mountain.

Pleasant experience with strawberry beer, an outlet store, and a crab buffet (happy). Snow play is also very enjoyable, with free sleds and the option to throw snowballs to ring a bell.
