The room is a bit small, but clean. There's a water dispenser on the 1st floor, which is great! Don Quijote and Kyoto Station are a short walk away, and Yakiniku Hiro is also very close.

smooth and easy check in/out process. Kyoto requires payment for seaparate local tax so we had to pay another JPY 1200 for 3 nights, didnt mind tho so just dropping here to set everyone’s expectations. Room has enough space for 2 (it’s not small, around 14sqm i think?). Toilet essentials can be picked up at the reception. Location is really close to Kyoto station and just in front of Coco Ichibanya. A coin laundry is available in the hotel and along the way to Kyoto station. Konbinis are also nearby. If you booked a tour via Klook, the meeting point is also nearby so very convenient. Will prolly book again once Im back to Kyoto.

I booked the tour with Kyoto, and my tour guide was HAN from Local Guide STARS. She was great, and I really enjoyed the tour with her. She was eager to answer all the questions and very attentive to ensure that everyone in the group was following. She explained each spot enthusiastically and also recommended photo stops. As a solo traveller, it was good as I often don't have the opportunity to get my photos taken. I recommend Han (from Myanmar) to everyone taking this tour and would love to see her again in the future as well. Good luck to her.

Very interesting visit. Despite my English not being excellent, I understood the explanations from our guide, Logan. Gion is a very beautiful place. I was delighted to learn so much about geishas.

We participated in a day tour on February 28th. The tour experience was very enjoyable! Our guide, Mia, arrived early at the meeting point to confirm the number of participants and arrange bus seating. She was friendly, always smiling, and very energetic, providing commentary in both Chinese and English throughout the trip, which felt very professional and thoughtful. We are a family of four with two children, and this itinerary is truly suitable for family travel. The overall arrangement was very convenient. Traveling by tour bus was easy and hassle-free, eliminating the need to plan our own transportation. The itinerary also included pre-arranged boat and cable car tickets, making the entire journey smoother. The cable car experience was great, with beautiful scenery, and the children were very excited. Additionally, the seagull feeding activity was very interesting and a memorable experience. Although the weather wasn't ideal that day, with a bit of drizzle, we still had a lot of fun on the overall trip. We highly recommend this tour and are very grateful for our guide Mia's dedicated leadership!
