Hotels near Shijo-dori

I was very satisfied and will definitely revisit if I go to Kyoto again.

Really awesome hotel! Location was close to the Nijo stop, but easy to transfer trains if need be. Hotel felt new and modern and the room was nice. Basic amenities inside the room with additional amenities downstairs in the lobby such as shower cap, body rag, etc. They have a lovely public bath and complimentary drink machines to also use throughout your stay. Check-in is at a machine but the staff is super helpful to guide you. Lions Bakery right around the corner is super cute and highly recommend trying.

It's a bit of a distance, but it's quiet, and there's a convenience store right next door. The large public bath was also great—spacious and perfect for families. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. We had a wonderful 2-night stay. It was also nice having restaurants on the 2nd floor.

Love the place! The staff were quite friendly and were quite good in conversing in english. The room is spacious and the natural light from the windows was my favorite. Highly recommend the place!

The public bath was more comfortable than I imagined, and the deluxe twin room was very comfortable. I recommend it to travelers who like spacious rooms. The location is one JR station away from Kyoto Station, and taking a taxi is also very convenient.

Located just one stop from Kyoto Station, this is a convenient place to stay if you're heading to Arashiyama the next day. You can take the JR line directly without transferring. The rooms are comfortable and spacious.
