The weather was sunny today, so we saw the beautiful Lake Toya, and also admired Showa Shinzan and the magnificent Noboribetsu Hell Valley. Our guide, Mr. Huang, managed the time very well, and his Mandarin and English guided explanations were very clear. I highly recommend this trip.

A packed itinerary but a real value for money. Wish we could have stayed longer at most of the locations as they were so pretty and worth exploring. Guide was friendly and informative.

Very big hotel. The onsen is awesome. My son loves the swimming pool area. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast and dinner were very good. Location is great, walkable to convenience stores, souvenir shops and other sightseeing spots. They are sharing carpark with Jigokudani Observation Deck, hence you can check in first to get the parking ticket before going to the Jigokudani.
