I highly recommend this store! I suggest getting there right when it opens to save a lot of time waiting in line. After smoothly enjoying the popular VR and driving attractions, you can then fully enjoy the other rides without any worries. The staff on-site are very kind and friendly, and the children had a blast the entire time. It's definitely a top choice for letting kids burn off energy!

Tickets can be purchased on-site for immediate entry. Simply scan the QR code to enter. Non-slip socks are required inside; if you don't have any, you can purchase them on-site for ¥5 a pair. There are many educational toys to play with, but the most popular attraction is the aerial zip-line swing.

Absolutely recommend this spa — it’s elegant, spacious, and truly high-end. The bathroom and vanity area felt very luxurious, with Le Labo shower amenities, Dior, and Gucci makeup. The seafood buffet, especially the caviar and lobsters, was an amazing highlight, and the 1.4 HKD rate for the food experience felt well worth the cost. That said, check-in and check-out could be improved, as the receptionists did not speak English and seemed unfamiliar with how the Klook vouchers worked. Massage services also had to be added separately. I had the pleasure of experiencing the Chang'an Fu Standard Seat Lunch. The atmosphere was truly transportive, evoking a sense of ancient Chinese courtly elegance. The presentation of the dishes was artful, reflecting a deep appreciation for culinary tradition. Each bite offered a delightful exploration of authentic flavors and textures. It was a truly memorable and enriching dining occasion.

The spa was really big with good facilities. It provides unlimited food and drinks. Also, it provides VR, games and resting areas. The massage was really nice too!

very convenient buying in klook, just show the QR code. They also have luggage keep service charging 30yuen. Don’t expect much for foods inside the restaurant near aqua world but their burger set meal was good. overall good experience to see wild animals but would only visit during winter coz it was super hot & humid we & wild animals were hiding under shelter most of the time during day time & could only interact after 4 pm which was funny experience

The parent-child ticket is a special discount available to residents of Hong Kong and Macau. Purchasing tickets is very convenient, and confirmation is quick. You can simply scan the QR code to enter the park. There are large shopping malls and a subway station nearby, making the location extremely convenient. I hadn't visited for many years, but the park's scenery is beautiful and relaxing. Both adults and children can enjoy a full day here, and the evening float parade was a wonderful surprise. A visit is an absolute must if you are passing through Shenzhen Bay!

Booking in klook was easy. Redemption of tickets was also easy. When I went to the park, there are some rides under construction / maintenance. Park is a little underrated in my opinion. The crowd is also alright which makes queueing time relatively short for the rides which is good!! Park is also near window of the world, people can visit these 2 places together. Just to note that the park has shows which many of them starts only after 330pm and for food stalls some starts after 5pm.

My boyfriend and I had a blast! We went on a Friday night and almost had the whole place to ourselves. Wished the karaoke booths offered more English songs, though... there were barely any.
