The flight experience was very good. There was also a Chinese explanation before the trip, educational knowledge points, no need to worry about airsickness. When landing on the top of the mountain, the captain also enthusiastically helped take pictures. It was a very good experience

Very satisfied with the itinerary. There were arrangements to get off the bus to take pictures during the itinerary. The scenery along the way left a deep impression on me. Klook has different guided tours to participate in. Next time, I will book other attractions through Klook.

This trip was unforgettable. Although it lasted from 6am to 7pm, the tour guide was very professional and knew how to liven up the atmosphere. She made the whole trip very enjoyable. The scenery of Mount Cook was beautiful, the trail was comfortable and relaxing, and the tour guide also took us to another viewing platform, which was picturesque. I highly recommend this trip, it is a good choice for self-guided travel without driving!

Another unforgettable highlight of my trip to New Zealand! Hannah, our guide, was incredible—she helped carve out safe paths for us to follow. I’ve always been a bit nervous on steep terrain, so she placed me right behind her in the lineup. That way, I could follow her exact foot placements and navigate each section safely.

It is our first time to do a heli glacier ride and it was 10/10! James, our captain, was so skilful and reassuring. The ride itself was so comfortable. It never felt like a rush during our time in the glacier landing. It was just so perfect for a fun acitivity while in Franz Josef town.

This tour is well designed and suitable for non-self-driving tourists. The 12-hour tour takes you to the main tourist attractions, and the scenery of Lake Tekapo and Mt Cook is very beautiful. The tour guides for the morning and afternoon groups were very attentive.

There is a free shuttle service. You can go together even if you don't want to participate. The trip is very fast and it's over in less than an hour.
