Guangzhou Zoo tours

This is our third year using Klook to customize our trips, and every year has exceeded our expectations. This year, our Guangzhou tour guide, Xu Zhen, was incredibly thoughtful and communicative. After a full day at Chimelong Safari Park, she worried we might be hungry and bought us pastries. She also prepared delicious food for us when we were rushing to catch our train and didn't have time for breakfast. We will definitely use Klook again next year to plan our itinerary because it makes everything so hassle-free.

Highly recommend this tour, especially at the start of your Guangzhou trip! It’s a great introduction to Guangzhou culture and traditions and made us appreciate the rest of our trip even more. Cecilia, our guide, was very knowledgeable and engaging. She was happy to answer all our questions.

The tour started on time. Our guide, Cecilia is very professional, friendly and very accommodating. If you have a 5 hour lay over in Guangzhou, the Robotaxi experience is awesome. Meeting place is also very convenient and easy to find.

We were welcomed to the tour by our guide Celine. We explored the Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Experience Zone, Robotic Vending Machine, Haixinsha Omni-Space Intelligent Experience Center and took a ride in a Robotaxi. The tour ended with observing a drone food delivery. Many thanks to Celine for her patience with my elderly mum and her thoughtfulness in getting our names printed on 3D keychains.
