Stayed for just 1 night. Overall clean and comfortable. Pleasant staff and environment. Did not use the facilities or eat there so can't comment. Only comment would be the quality of the towels, they were thin and rough. Could also provide a hand towel for convenience.

I had a pleasant stay. Breakfast spread was good. Pillows were abit soft. It was very busy on the weekend.

The hotel is very convenient, right next to the mall and super close to the supermarket, making it easy to find food. Plus, there are cafes and shopping areas nearby.

My stay was wonderful. My room was cleaned every day, the water station was very convenient and breakfast was great. The best part of the trip was the location, not quite in the centre of KL but close enough. Also near to a mall and several other places, loads of options within walking distance.

My usual hotel to stay when travel to KL, attached to Mid Valley City Mall, convenient, compact but comfortable and comfortable.
