It was a great trip, even though there were only six of us. Our tour guide, Mr. Chiu Chao-chun, explained everything clearly. He spoke in both English and Mandarin for participants of different nationalities, and his meticulous and professional demeanor made us feel right at home.

We had a brilliant time on the tour. Taketo was a fantastic tour guide who was knowledgeable, engaging and spoke great English. He really made the day for us. The monkey park and vineyard were highlights of the day although all the locations we visited were stunning. I would absolutely recommend this tour to any other visitors!

A beautiful Ryokan over 100 years old with tatami flooring and futons avaliable, including being very close to the snow monkeys, and a famous sushi restaurant called Kozushi run by an gentlemanly elderly man. A must try if ever in the area.

totally worth the effort to see the Snow Monkey (Japanese Macaques) at Jihokudani Monkey Park, Nagano. These macaques (happily bathing at steaming onsen) dont mind the presence of humans around them. But be ready to walk the ascending unpaved trail (approx 1.2km to 1.5km, one way). Also The visit to Tokagushi Shrine gives us a feeling of serenity with very high/old cedar trees lining both sides of the trail.

The tour were really on time, but i didn’t feel rushed. i think we all had enough time to do our own thing in every stop we took. i was traveling solo, and the guide, Tome, really took care everyone in our party. i would recommend this tour for everyone.

The meeting point was quite obvious and convenient, and it was very kind of them to arrange a tour for just four of us this time. Both attractions are about an hour's drive away, so joining a tour group was very convenient, and the time spent at each attraction was also sufficient.
