We purchased the 1.5-hour hot spring experience from Klook, which required us to call the hotel to reserve a time slot. We made the reservation the day before, and the earliest available slot was at 6:30 PM. When we arrived, we were 20 minutes early. The reception staff registered us and asked us to wait for the room to be prepared. At around 6:19 PM, the reception brought us to our room and explained how to use the amenities and provided instructions for the hot spring experience. They kindly gave us an extra 11 minutes, allowing us to stay until 8:00 PM. we arrived earlier than our booked timing and the staff was kind enough to let us start the activity earlier (subject to availability). room was clean and well maintained. food and drinks were yummy. it was a relaxing afternoon well spent. travelling up to the place via public transport from the Beitou MRT station wasn’t difficult as well.

Return visit after two years. As far as I recall, everything is the same except the baths do look two years older and the cold bath is no longer as cold. It used to be ~10 degrees (iirc) but it is now (estimated) 20-25 degrees (the thermometer has been removed). If you like being alone, I was the only customer past 6pm on a weekday. For the price, it is worth coming here for your first hot spring experience in Beitou but I’ll probably try a new hot spring for my next visit in the future. Good experience (:

had a lovely time at the hotel/spa soaking in the hot spring water. the attending forgot we had a high tea ticket as well but rectified it immediately after we brought it up nicely. time was just enough. loved the face mask and freebies. short walk from the train station.

Although the price is on the higher side, there are plenty of staff and the service is excellent. There are eight pools with different temperatures of green sulfur and white sulfur, as well as a steam room and a sauna. The Evian mineral water and osmanthus black tea are quite good, and the amenities are Bamford's Geranium collection, which has a very nice herbal scent. The price keeps the crowds down, making it a good choice for those who like a quiet and comfortable hot spring experience!

Spring City Resort This time, we used a Klook package that included one meal and a two-hour hot spring private room for 3,500 NTD. Upon arrival at the hotel entrance, a valet attendant will assist with parking, as guests are not permitted to drive down to the parking area themselves. It's good to be prepared to tip when leaving, to avoid an awkward moment with your wallet. Dinner was a fixed Japanese set menu with no other options available. Overall, it was decent. After eating, you can take a stroll around the area before returning to the hot springs. The pace of the itinerary felt quite relaxing. While the private hot spring room showed some signs of age and an older decor style, the room itself was spacious, and the bathing area was also roomy. The soundproofing of the main door was average, but since we visited on a weekday and there weren't many people, it wasn't a significant issue. What was rather perplexing was that shortly after we entered the room, a staff member knocked on the door and said our time was up. We were completely bewildered, thinking, "We just got in; did time fly by, or is our life being fast-forwarded?" The staff member later confirmed the mistake, apologized, and left, but this little incident was certainly a bit odd. Overall, although Spring City Resort's facilities and decor show their age, the service was generally acceptable, and the environment had a pleasant resort atmosphere. For 3,500 NTD for one meal and a two-hour private hot spring room, the value for money is still pretty good, making it a suitable place for a relaxing hot spring experience.

A hot spring hotel with a slightly quaint appearance. I chose to come here for a hot spring bath (not accommodation) on this vacation. Because I want to take my family to visit the geothermal valley and hot spring museum, I am looking for a suitable hot spring hotel along the Beitou River. This hotel does not seem to be the right one. The green sulfur spring in the Geothermal Valley is the white sulfur spring coming from Sulfur Creek, so it is less acidic. Advantages of our hotel: 1. High cost performance: you can rest for 3 hours at the same price, while other hotels only take about 90 minutes of bathing without rest. Space; parking space is convenient for many people to travel 2. Clean environment: Although the decoration is relatively simple, it is quite satisfactory overall, and it can be seen that the store has been carefully organized and cleaned. Small disadvantages 1. There is no ordinary tap water and hot water, which seems to be a problem for some Passengers with sensitive skin are troubled, and the tap water temperature is low. 2. I made a reservation at 16 o'clock, but it seems that the front desk mistakenly changed the reservation to 14 o'clock, and they also very considerately called me to ask if I wanted to take a bath. Although there was no actual impact, the staff's small mistake can be regarded as a fly in the ointment. 3.
