Best experience. Got a sea view, ordered food by scanning a QR code. There was a small problem at first, but the staff guided me on how to use it.

For a spine-chilling twist on Penang's skyline views, The Top's Halloween Haunted House event is a scream-worthy must-do! They cleverly redecorated the Jurassic Park theme room into a ghoulish nightmare—dino skeletons now draped in cobwebs, fog machines pumping out eerie mist, and flickering jack-o'-lanterns casting shadows on "extinct" horrors. It's like stepping from a prehistoric jungle into a pumpkin-spiced purgatory.

The view from the TOP is very beautiful and well worth a visit. Our package includes five places, but the best value for money is walking outside with a safety harness. On the 65th floor, you can register and fill out a form at the registration desk, and then a staff member will quickly put on a safety rope and harness for you and take you to the area inside the safety net. However, the walk is a bit fast, and there's not enough time to take pictures. It would be great if there was more time to stop and take photos. Remember to hold your phone tightly. Then you can go to the rooftop on the 68th floor to take more photos or videos. As for Jurassic Park and the Mini Aquarium, they are nothing special, but it is worth mentioning that the staff member at Jurassic Park who imitates the laboratory/takes you on the elevator is very dedicated to her performance, making you feel like you are involved in the lab, haha. A worthwhile suggestion is that if you are staying nearby, you may want to consider leaving your personal belongings and bags at the hotel, because you need to put your bags in a locker to participate in the outdoor walking activity on the 65th floor, and there is an extra charge for renting a locker (credit card payment). In addition, everyone should pay attention to the weather conditions, because many activities are not open when it rains, especially the cost-effective activities - visiting the 65th and 68th floors. I hope everyone can leave some beautiful photos or videos with important people in this beautiful location!

My guide, William, was punctual, patient and knowledgeable about the tour. Also had some nice recommendations for lunch fron him. I was a solo traveller with a family of 3 (5pax in total) so the compact group size was ideal for going around. Recommend to take the 830am tour because while it’s cooler at the top, it can get pretty hot.
