The staff included some who spoke English, and even when we didn't understand English, they used a translation device to communicate with us, so we had no trouble communicating. Also, they brought our luggage to our room, and the staff were very kind and friendly, so we had a pleasant stay.

This is a very good hotel. I stayed here for 2 nights. All the staff were very helpful and always greeted me. I arrived at the hotel at 8 am and was able to leave my luggage, which was very convenient. There's a shuttle service to the amusement park all day, and the wait for the shuttle wasn't long. I received amusement park tickets ahead of time for the next day and was able to enter through the entrance for hotel guests, so I didn't have to walk far at all. There are photo opportunities all over the hotel. It's clean, and there are staff mopping the floors constantly. The bedroom is decorated nicely, the bed is soft and comfortable, and the TV has cartoons to watch, which was very enjoyable. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely stay here again.

The shuttle bus to the airport, Disney, and Yu Garden makes it easy to get around even if it's your first time in Shanghai. The hotel room was also great! It only had a shower, but I guess sometimes it's okay not to have a bathtub. Room service was reasonably priced, piping hot, and very filling. A robot delivers it! I was happy that the drinks in the refrigerator were complimentary, and it's nice that there is coffee and tea in the lobby. It was the perfect hotel for us.

The best stay in can ever have. Disney is magical. And if you wonder about the price, yes it's pricier than most hotels but the service is different. Look at the note my housekeeper, Yi Ling, left for me! It's going beyond basic service and making the stay magical. All the staff are polite and smiley. Hotel is accessible. There's a shuttle bus that brings you to the metro, Disneytown and Disneyland hotel. A comfortable hotel.
