We always enjoy staying here. This time, we traveled to and from Disneyland by train from the nearest station. The travel time was about the same as the shuttle bus, but it was convenient to be able to travel without being restricted by the shuttle bus schedule. The walk from the hotel to the nearest station was also easy to navigate, as it was just a straight walk along the main street.

I stayed for two nights when visiting Shanghai Disney. The staff's service and room cleaning were excellent. The Disney shuttle bus was very convenient (reservations for the outbound trip were required at the front desk). I was also able to book a shuttle bus to the airport, which was a great help. The only thing that concerned me, and it might have just been our room, was a gap in the shower door that caused the bathroom floor to get wet every time. I only used it on the second day, but the free late-night porridge was delicious.

For families with children and Toy Story fans, it's one of the best-value Disney hotels in Shanghai. If your priority is Disney immersion and memorable experiences rather than luxury accommodations, it's an excellent choice. For your family trips with children, I'd rank it as one of the most enjoyable places to stay at the resort.

If your destination is Shanghai Disney, I definitely think this is a comfortable hotel. There's a bus from the airport, and I was able to make a reservation even with sentences I put together using Google Translate. The bus to Disney stops at the same place for the return trip, making it very convenient to use. Also, for dinner, there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, but we tried room service, and the fried rice was about 1.5 servings, which was great for two people traveling (the flavor wasn't too strong, and since we had been eating junk food at the park, it was just right for dinner). The staff were also kind and communicated using a translation device, so I think this is a hotel where even first-time visitors can feel at ease.
