great location, you can easily see it upon arriving at the train station. it was clean and quiet, and a bit spacious compared to other hotels in japan. we also have a nice park and mountain view. the cafe is usually closed.

We have a lot of guests checking in,
so if you arrive too late, the closest parking spaces might be full.
But don't worry, the hotel will provide a shuttle to a nearby parking lot.
You also won't have to worry about your luggage.

Besides the rooms being characteristically small, the other amenities (rooftop onsen) and breakfast are top-notch.

First time visiting Furano. Fenix is a good choice; it's right next to the ski resort with plenty of free parking and a quiet surrounding area.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who want to stay at furano. Staf were nice, everything was good

good location. it has free carpark for those who drive. public bath was small but there were not a lot of people during my stay so was fine

The onsen is amazing; be sure to soak in it every day. You'll sleep great afterwards, even though the mattress is a bit firm.
