A flawless stay from start to finish. The room royal lotus suites for a family of three was beautiful, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the view with full windows was breathtaking. The staff (Mark) was extremely helpful and communication is great. The itinerary was relaxing and cruising Lan Ha Bay is amazing. Food (lunch-dinner-light breakfast-brunch) were delicious. Definitely highly recommended! Thank you also Leon for being so hands-on with your clients. A job well done to all of you!

Very good travel experience. The scenery of Halong Bay is super beautiful and the service is very considerate. When we were in the project, the service staff helped us kuku take photos. I thought we needed to pay for it, but I didn't expect the service staff to find us separately for airdrop and give it to us for free. It was a bit unexpected. There were not many passengers on the whole ship (20+). The hardware, meals and activities were all good. The only small flaw was that no one told me the specific pick-up time before the trip. I took the initiative to contact the merchant with klook.

It was my first time in Halong Bay, and I finally chose the new route - Pandora Cruise in Lan Ha Bay. Although I didn't go to the classic Surprise Cave and other itineraries, it is still a recommended trip. The tour guide Hung is very fluent in English and very kind. He will take care of everyone's situation and take the initiative to chat. Even tourists traveling alone will feel valued. Thank him very much! The itinerary includes canoeing and swimming. Even if you are not good at swimming, the staff on the boat will lend you a life jacket and do a safety check, which is very attentive. The lunch on the first day is a set meal, and the breakfast and lunch on the next day are buffet, which is acceptable. The atmosphere in the evening is very good. You can blow the wind and chat on the deck. It is a great trip and worth recommending 👍

Unforgettable 2D1N Cruise with La Pandora! Big thanks to Kevin and the entire La Pandora team for an amazing experience! Everything was perfectly organized from the transfer and activities to the delicious meals and cozy cabin. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. I especially loved the kayaking and the scenic boat ride absolutely breathtaking! The food was fresh and tasty, and the atmosphere onboard felt warm and friendly, like a family. Kevin was an outstanding guide funny, kind, and always helpful. He made the trip smooth, enjoyable, and full of good energy. Highly recommend this cruise to anyone looking to experience the natural beauty of Vietnam in a relaxing and well organized way. Definitely a highlight of my trip!
