Things to do in Christchurch

The environment is beautiful, and the alpacas are well cared for. I booked the tour in Mandarin, and the staff was very enthusiastic and funny, and also offered to take pictures. The whole tour, from the explanation to taking pictures with the alpacas and feeding them, is followed by a choice of coffee, tea, or juice, along with a cookie. The whole experience takes about an hour. Because it's popular, you can't wander around after the tour; they need to prepare for the next group of visitors! Although it's not long, it's definitely worth it. The alpacas don't smell at all, and they're very friendly and super cute.

The whole tour was amazing, although the itinerary was a bit hectic. Except for Mt. Cook, the other stops were quite short — just enough time to snap a few photos before moving on to the next spot. It’s understandable since the destinations are quite far from Christchurch. They also provided free lunch and snacks (chips), which was a nice touch

Redemption process is very fast, almost immediately after booking i can exchange the tickets at the main ticket counter. interval of the tram were also fast. the live commentary was good, allow us to learn about christchurch’s history.

Great pass, very easy to redeem. I started with the gondola, and they gave me my tram pass too. Both experiences were very good, and you don't need to do them on the same day. The view from the gondala are stunning

Cheaper than buying over at the counter. Fun experience. Recommended to try in Christchuch.

This was a really fun trip! The captain and crew were very friendly and proactively helpful. There was even an adorable dog on board whose job it was to spot dolphins. Unfortunately, we didn't see any dolphins today because of the rough seas from the previous day's storm, and my child even got seasick and threw up. However, the captain took us near the rocks to see the seals, which was still really worthwhile. Since we didn't see dolphins, they gave us a voucher for a free return visit, valid for another free trip within six months. Sadly, we had other plans the next day and couldn't use it. If time allows, it might be better to set aside two days for this activity.

They provide excellent service. They informed us a day before our scheduled trip to reschedule due to a red warning (bad weather caused by strong winds). All we had to do was show the QR code at the ticketing booth, and they exchanged it for a physical ticket. They also have a café and a souvenir shop.
