transport access: Great location with two shopping centres nearby and you could get there by foot or car within 10 minutes. Hotel provided private parking with reasonable price which allow you to drive through City Center within 30 minutes. Super convenient and great value to stay as hotel staffs is super friendly and helpful.

a big shout out to the (2) Filipino receptionist when we checked in for our 2 nights stay at this hotel. Room was big and clean. Location is maybe at least 10-12 mins walk from Milano Central but there is a bus stop and tram stop nearby.

An absolute bargain! The room was small but perfect for two people, very clean, and housekeeping came in every morning. The location was great because it was so close to the subway station, giving you access to the whole city for just a couple of euros. We asked for extra pillows, which they provided, and the staff were welcoming and friendly throughout our stay.

we stayed for 2 nights here. the location was great, as it was a few minutes away from the train station. the shopping district was also within walking distance. the room was ok, clean and what I considered exceptional was their breakfast selection. It comprised of healthy choices, including fresh carrot juice.

Complimentary upgraded to another hotel: Smart Hotel! So thankful and we had a great stay! We wish we could stay for a few more days because we were arranged a large room with a couch and bar table and chairs! Also the shower facilities were very clean and new too!

Stayed for five nights this time, two of which were booked on Klook after arrival due to changes in the itinerary. Although the added room type was smaller, the hotel kindly let us stay in a 15m twin-bed room. The staff were polite and helped carry the luggage to the entrance, as there were seven or eight steps. Thank you very much. There were welcome drinks and heating, as it was winter. The room was large enough to open two suitcases.

A roomy, well appointed and clean executive suite in Milan within walking distance of central termini. There was ample courteous service. Elevators operated well. I would gladly book again. Good value for the hotel dollar.
