be aware of T1 and T2 departure schedule
It's a same-day ticket only, unless you're doing a round trip. If you're buying a one-way ticket, make sure to double-check the direction when purchasing. I accidentally selected the wrong direction, and in the end, I had to get approval from the driver before boarding, which was a relief, as tickets are also checked on the bus. I was originally supposed to board at the scheduled time, but with this incorrect direction ticket, I boarded an earlier bus, which gave me plenty of time to sort out the issue.

The product selection only specifies the terminal, without indicating direction. Furthermore, I couldn't find express train tickets from the city to the airport on the KLOOK website. I realized my mistake immediately after purchasing but was unable to change or refund the ticket.
