the pass was really useful, i truly ejoyed the trip using teh vaporetto . it was just a 2 minute walk from the hotel to the machine where i redeemed the ticket. you simply need to validate it by tapping the machine before boarding . it also includes access to Murano & Burano islands .
The Vaporetto pass is highly recommended if you plan to make frequent use of the Vaporetto system and explore Venice extensively. It offers flexibility and convenience, though it may not be the best option for those who don’t plan to travel by waterbus frequently. Always consider how much you will use the Vaporetto to determine if the pass offers good value for your trip
Can exchange easily at any ACTV machines located around Venice using the code or the QR. Issuance and delivery time imprinted on ticket but I believe starts only on actual first use or validation. great way to explore Venice.
Don't go to Venice without this. Ticket easily paid off in less than a day. Vaporetto best way to get around Venice including bus from Mestre. Can't recommend more!
this is such an extremely useful pass. it is easy to redeem and can skip the queue and super easy to use. highly recommend to everyone who goes to Venice..
Redeem the ticket at the “bus” station automated machine, and hold onto the ticket/card. Just need to validate it by tapping the machine before boarding the boat. Simple and fuss-free to use ^^
The two-day ticket can be used within 48 hours after purchasing the card. It is recommended to go to the Venice Santa Luisa station hall to open the card, go straight to the automatic ticket vending machine next to the Grand Canal, press collect your tickets, (pictured), and then Scan the QRCODE and you can use it. You can take a ride to the Glass Island and Color Island. There are sometimes water taxis there. The price per person back to the main island is about 10 euros. Every time you take the water bus, you can enter by touching the card next to the machine. It is very convenient. You can also buy it directly at the ticket office. There are many ticket offices. A ride within 75 minutes costs about 7.50 euros, a one-day ticket costs 20 euros, and a two-day ticket costs 30 euros. Discounts available for those under 29! In fact, you don’t have to buy a water bus, because there are small bridges across the canals throughout Venice, so walking slowly is also a good choice! It’s just a must to go to Glass Island and Color Island!
I stayed there for 2 nights and 3 days. Don't forget to buy the card from the machine near the airport exit. I only spent one day in Venice, so I thought the water bus pass would be a waste, but I ended up using it a lot. (I also went to Burano Island.)
very convenient to get the tickets, also it include murano, burano as well. super nice weather and it activated when you get the ticket
You can redeem easily on the ATV Machines by scanning the QR code. also despite putting date, we could actually use one day before as well. line 1 is the most recommended (but crowded).
