The hotel is in a great location, with a direct access to Gotemba Outlet. You can enjoy Mount Fuji from the hotel's large windows. The hot springs in Kinohana are very comfortable, and it's great to see Mount Fuji from the Tateyu Station. We booked a twin room with Mount Fuji view, which is simple and comfortable. You can see Mount Fuji but you need to be lucky! The hotel is comfortable to stay in.

Lots of variety on the breakfast menu and the smoking area is spacious and clean.

I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could! The location is excellent - just a 40-second walk to the right from the subway exit, making it super convenient to explore Shizuoka Station. The hotel reception staff and restaurant employees are all very friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. Highly recommended!

Toyoko Inn Gotemba is in a perfect location—right in front of Gotemba Station, which makes it super convenient for travelers. There’s also a free shuttle bus to the Gotemba Premium Outlets that stops right in front of the hotel, which was very convenient. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for both shopping and sightseeing around Mt. Fuji!

There’s a lot to be said for staying in Gotemba Dormy inn. The rooms are super clean without a shadow of a doubt and the staff who are working there are friendly and helpful as always. Highly recommended.

The hotel's breakfast is Tully coffee, which is delicious. The hotel is very close to the train station, just a few minutes' walk. The nearby restaurants close early, so please be aware of that. Every time I entered and exited the parking lot, the staff quickly came to help, which is commendable.

We had a wonderful experience with our stay. The staff are so friendly and the onsen is perfect! it’s also such a great location for the 7 falls trek. we would highly suggest staying here. the price is reasonable and the royokan experience is what all should experience when visiting Japan hotel location: is great! transport access: yes cleanliness: clean

professional ran property. my wife and two kids stayed in the private Onsen suite and really enjoyed our stay. The garden/pond was nice to take a walk in with the kids in the morning. the property is well maintained and the room was immaculate with cleaning detail. we als visited the public onsen and the kids loved it. especially the cold bath. we will stay next time we are in the area for sure. This is a resort. we also enjoyed a rotating sushi spot nearby. cleanliness: top notch

words can’t even explain the glamour and beautiful hotel! our room had a Fuji view that was unbelievable. the room was huge and the shower/ bath too with amazing water pressure. the breakfast was so delious with many choices from western style to traditional Japanese. we did go carting at the speedway which was super fun and fast!
