Overall was a very good experience where it started by choosing the hakama with the professional opinions from the staffs. the overall process is quite fluent and efficient. On top of that the outcome was good. The owner’s hospitality is definitely making people feel welcoming. Will recommend to others

Whenever I visit prefectures outside of Tokyo, I make sure to check whether the trip is covered by the JR Tokyo Wide Pass. For 15,000 yen for three days, this pass allows me to travel to various places without worrying about paying each time. It also allows me to take Shinkansen trains and get reserved seats to reach my destination faster. I highly recommend using the JR Tokyo Wide Pass and buying it in advance from Klook (super easy to claim from Narita airport). Plan your itinerary well and calculate if the pass is worth it. During this trip, I used it to visit Nikko on a day trip and Karuizawa on an overnight trip, plus used it on JR Lines within Tokyo. It was surely worth more than what I paid for, so it was definitely a good value.

Best thing I did my whole trip. From start to finish the team who checked us in and did our safety equipment were awesome, then the drive up the mountain was a thrill and finally the team who prepped us for the zip line and then helped us at the end were awesome. What a thrill, beautiful views and also go some nice photos at the end. Sadly didn’t get a video but I think it was my fault for not asking.

kudos to the driver who was flexible to make amends to the route and made the trip enjoyable and less rush. Brought us to the highest accesible point (available) - 5th Station. This was probably the best part of the 10-hour journey as we were able to sight a few minutes of snow when we alighted from the car! Definitely recommend to utilize this service if you’re looking for a fuss-free and private ride with young kids!

A special thank you to Mr. A Ming, our driver from Ansu Travel! He's a wonderful person, his vehicle is clean, and he's very punctual. He thoughtfully provided us with information about the timing for each attraction and recommended delicious restaurants. We were fortunate enough to see Mount Fuji in its full glory that day, and the scenery along the way was beautiful. Mr. A Ming was also considerate of my father's needs, stopping at rest areas for restroom breaks. Highly recommended!

The trip was smooth and there was 1 stopover. however it did not leave on time, it was scheduled at 5:15pm but left past 6pm.

This is a pass for people who are going to travel around Shizuoka and the area around Mount Fuji, who have time and are not in a hurry, because you can only ride local trains. But it's very worth it, you can enjoy the view of Mount Fuji for free, ride the bus to Kawaguchiko for free, and ride the bus in Hamamatsu for free.

our driver messaged us the night before saying its crowded on our trip day. and true enough it was crowded with so many locals lining up for store sales. we started at 8am and arrived around 930am but since the car going inside took a while we had to walk about 1 kilometer. it was an easy walk rather than spending 1.5 hours in the car inside. we ended up paying 2 additional hours due to traffic coming back but yeah we were supposed to meet him around 4pm but he did say anything there ia just a charge of 5k yen per hour if we exceeded the 10 hours. i think he did save us some time since he was also cutting in line in the express way hehehe... overall it was a good choice since there is also a free shuttle to the parking coming back from the outlet. with our purchases and going there on Jan 2 which was a sales period, discounts reached up to 65% so it was really a good choice even though you have to line up in some stores 👍

it was great experience and very beautiful trip in shinkansen train We went to Nagano and saw the snow in Monkey Park. It was a great experience on the Shinkansen train.
