5 stars for the organization! The drivers and guides were incredibly punctual and thoughtful. Loved the balance of guided activity and free time. Even though the fog was thick and the monkeys were hiding, the team's energy kept the vibe high. Highly recommend.

The scenery in Jiuzhaigou is truly magnificent, with both snow and green forests. It feels like experiencing two seasons in one day, which is an amazing feeling! The water in Jiuzhaigou is crystal clear, almost transparent. The boardwalks, snowscapes, and 'haizi' (lakes) are all beautiful. Before I signed up, I saw a comment saying it wasn't very good, but after chatting with customer service, I decided to give it a try myself. It turned out to be quite good, and the travel agency's arrangements were very clear.

Was looking for a fuss free and worry free 2D1N tour to Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong scenic area and picked this package on Klook. We were given clear instructions on when and where to meet, and were met at the Train station by our guide- 阿朵. She was energetic, really knowledgeable and friendly, her tips on which viewpoints to make time for and which are optional really helped make my experience great. We had sufficient time for all the stops, it did not feel rushed. For context, 我是来体验的，不是来打卡的。Both scenic areas were really gorgeous, do take the time to just admire. And as promised by our guide 阿朵，this tour had no forced shopping. Tip: take the cable car up to the Huanglong scenic area. it makes the visit much easier especially for older folks/people who are less mobile.

It was a very enjoyable full-day trip. Time allocated was sufficient and driver/tour guide 小熊 was accommodating and took his time to clearly explain Du Jiang Yan irrigation system to us. Highly recommended.

Their professional service and enthusiastic attitude brought us unforgettable and joyful experiences during our 9-day trip.

My daughter and I spent three wonderful days in Jiuzhaigou, and we were so lucky to have such a great tour guide as Ali! She was incredibly professional throughout the trip, explaining the attractions, history, and local culture of Jiuzhaigou in a very vivid way. She was also very patient and enthusiastic. The entire itinerary was well-paced and comfortable, never feeling rushed. She thoughtfully reminded us to take photos and to be mindful of the weather and altitude sickness. As a parent traveling with a child, this sense of security was truly important. Jiuzhaigou itself is like a fairy tale, breathtakingly beautiful, but with her companionship and care, this trip became even more unforgettable. My daughter had a fantastic time, and we learned so much about the local culture and knowledge. Thank you so much for taking care of us these past few days! This lunch at Hong Ding Yan was the highlight of our Chengdu trip! Celebrating Chinese New Year here was truly unforgettable. The hotpot was outstanding—fresh ingredients, rich and flavorful broth, and authentic Sichuan taste that left us wanting more. The wonderful cultural performance added a strong festive atmosphere, making the whole experience both fun and immersive. The staff were warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chengdu—a perfect combination of delicious food, rich culture, and unforgettable memories!

The scenery at Bipenggou is quite beautiful, with green alpine meadows, snow-capped mountains, and lakes creating a rich and varied landscape. My child was especially excited to see the snow-capped mountains and flower fields for the first time. The paths in the scenic area are gentle and easy to walk, making it suitable even with small children. It's a great value for a one-day trip.
