Rino was great!! A very dynamic and fun guide 😁 The museum visit is very overwhelming because the place is very small and you can't properly observe the photo and object exhibit on the upper floor. They should have a lower capacity of people at a time so it can be appreciated. The rest of the tour was very good.

This tour was both entertaining and educational, a rare combination indeed. The biggest standout was our tour guide Masako. Not only was she insightful, but also cheerful and very helpful with accommodating my family needs. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to learn and explore Japanese culture.

We had an amazing Mt. Fuji tour, and a big part of that was thanks to our tour guide, Golddie! She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole trip feel smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. She explained the spots clearly, kept the group well-organized, and was always attentive and patient with everyone. The day felt relaxed yet well-paced, and we truly got to enjoy the experience without feeling rushed. Highly recommend this tour, especially if you get Golddie as your guide!

My Husband and I booked this tour as part of our Honeymoon. I am so glad we booked the Private Tour for Hiroshima. Our guide was Aya and we could not have asked for anyone better. She reached out to us once we booked to confirm details and check if there was any sights we were particularly interested in, as well as any dietary requirements. We were happy to take any of Aya’s recommendations for our day tour. From the moment we met her, we could feel her warmth and kindess and we knew we were going to have a great day. It was so special to have a tour with someone born, raised and still living in Hiroshima. Aya was very knowledgeable and always checking in on how we were throughout the day. There is a lot of walking, but it was made easier with Aya poining out lots of interesting facts along the way. She also took us around some spots on Miyajima Island that were less crowded, without missing any of the highlights. I cannot recommend this private tour enough.

Masa, our guide met me at the hotel and off I went on the most informative, accessible and interesting tour of my whole trip. The guide was exceptional, she covered all my questions and shared some local insights. The 4 hours fly by in the blink of an eye. this was a most interesting tour covering the horrific events of August 1945 and also seeing the Castle and finishing up in the beautiful japanese garden. if you only have time for one tour in hiroshima, make it this one. you cannot go wrong. I really enjoyed the bus tour. A smooth ride with a super friendly guide who gave us detailed information on Onomichi’s history and culture. I loved the ropeway experience, beautiful panoramic views of the sea, islands and buildings below from the observatory. The temple provided a quiet atmosphere and it blends beautifully with the natural landscape. Whether visiting alone, with children, family or as a couple, I’d recommend this place 🩷

Absolutely brilliant tour! There were only four other people on our tour, which made it totally enjoyable.

I was so glad we chose to book a tour guide for our day trip to Hiroshima. Noz was fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly, funny and easy going.
