Transport in Bangkok

So convenient to collect (directions shown by Klook are accurate and up to date). So easy to use and top up (at the station). I collected from Suvarnabhumi Airport so do note that you need to go to BTS station counter to register and activate it (tag card to your passport) in order to do the first top up (notwithstanding the initial THB100) and use it.

The bus going back and forth to Pattaya was definitely worth it. I’m really glad we booked ahead of time, especially since it was the Pattaya Fireworks Festival and a lot of people weren’t able to get tickets anymore. Booking early was such a good decision! The whole experience was smooth—the bus was on time, seats were assigned, and everything felt organized. It made the trip so much more convenient and stress-free. Highly recommended!

The van arrived just on time. It was a top notch comfortable van. The driver helped us with the luggage and also was quite polite to take a short loo break and upon arriving in Pattaya we got lost with the google maps malfunction and still he did a complete round about until we found the location. definitely looking ahead to rebook once back in Bangkok.

​The Good: The service itself was excellent. Despite heavy rain, the driver was professional, drove very safely, and was incredibly helpful with our heavy baggage. The car was exactly as described—clean and comfortable. ​The Catch: The pre-trip communication needs improvement. I didn't receive the driver’s details automatically; I had to email the supplier myself to confirm. I finally received the information only 35 minutes before the pickup. ​Verdict: Great execution, but the booking process was a bit stressful due to the late communication.

The driver arrived even before the booked time to make sure he is on time, very punctual person. Very flexible to accommodate our travel plan, we visited all we would like to see and dropped us to the place we want! A very friendly and nice person.

We hired a slightly bigger car for 3 of us for more comfort! The ride was so comfortable that we just slept both ways 😅 The driver was also skilled and soft-spoken but friendly. We just let him know where we wanted to visit and he would drive us around with the best route. Khao Yai was a dream! Such a pretty place, just slightly further from BKK! A must visit in my opinion!

The driver was on time! We booked our departure for 6:15 AM, but the driver arrived at 6:00 AM and was willing to wait for us. We departed at 6:05 AM and arrived in Pattaya at 8:00 AM, followed the itinerary we created, and returned to Bangkok at 6:00 PM. It was a very enjoyable trip.

Got the lower bunk, slept like a baby. No electrical outlets below the bunk beds recently, maybe it's due to the flood.
