visited late Nov, very heavy snow that day. drive was comfortable. Had to wait 2 hrs in the snow for the 8am slot. was very crowed. driver told us to take a train back at our own expense coz she had to wait to bring back other guest. She dropped us at the krakow train station. Trip was definitely still worth it.

Smooth pick-up and drop-off, with text messages and emails sent two days before the trip to inform you of the meeting point. The tour is a group tour with other people, but it doesn't affect the quality of the visit. The guide's explanation was very humorous. At the beginning, you have to walk down 800 steps to enter the salt mine before the tour starts, and then the total length is about 3 kilometers. Be prepared to walk. Some of the chambers are pretty good. Overall, recommended to visit.

we booked the tour with hotel pick up instead of us waiting at the designated meeting point. although it is a bit more expensive when choosing this method but not having to walk to the meeting point in the cold is a truely bonus.

A very good tour. Our driver Matt was great, he drove safely en was always on time and always take great care of his group. The guide inside(forgot her name) was exellent with more then 20 years experience!

The tour was good because it allowed skip the line entry to the factory (even during off peak season there was a long queue), and the guide also helped bring the info to life. The museum itself was well organized and allowed you to feel what it was like. The same guide brought us on the walking tour and she was very knowledgeable.

our guide is very knowledgeable about the tour. but she sometimes speaks in a very low voice in some areas she cannot be heard. there are some areas that we were not able to see the exhibit bec we rushed thru, maybe bec of too many visitors. but overall itvwas very organized, solemnly presented. all the artifacts are well kept, the place is very well.kept. highly recommendef tour.

Absolutlet loves this adventure. my tour guide was named filip and he was wonderful and the vibes were really good. it started at 8am riding to a small village and was taught the history of the village. then made our way to a small hut and was given the local cheese and vodka. super yummy to both! then we made our way to the funicular ride in the heart of zakopane! it was a beautiful town. then made our way to the thermal baths which I absolutely loveddddd. very relaxing and much needed on my last day of my Europe trip. we ended up getting home around 7pm. a long day but worth it!

good value for money, an entire hour of cruising. At this time, begining of august, the best time is early, is starting to get hot outside. upper deck is best if it is not raining/not to hit.
