Arrived in the evening, and the staff member was a Malaysian guy, very friendly and polite. He even told me how I could see koalas, and I actually found koalas the next day! It was a great experience!

nice place to stay overnight after a long ride on great ocean road. having kitchen to cook our dinner. there are many rabbits jumping around at night.

This is the 1st time I joined a Great Ocean Road Tour. The whole tour was great even if initially had some problems with the seating. Our tour guide was Augustine very knowledgeable and good driver but strict with time. We are able to see koalas on trees and we are very lucky to see one in the road passing by. The weather is also good during our tour. I highly recommend this Great Ocean Road Tour by Bus and Coach Charter

Augustine is a very good bus guide, he introduce Melbourne history, Great Ocean Road details,etc., also, give us enough time to take pic and stay at each stop. Highly recommend everyone who never visit great ocean road to join.

I joined the Great Ocean Road tour with Go West Tours on 31 July and had an amazing day from start to finish.
A huge thank you to our guide and driver, Aleks. She shared lots of interesting history, facts, and local insights that helped us better understand the places we visited. Her commentary was engaging and informative, but never overwhelming. She knew exactly when to explain things and when to give everyone some quiet time to relax, which made the long journey very comfortable.
She is also an excellent driver. Despite spending the entire day on the road, the ride was smooth and I never felt uncomfortable.
Aleks also knew all the best photo spots and kindly helped us take many beautiful photos throughout the trip.
The whole tour was very well organised and ran smoothly from start to finish.
Overall, one of the highlights of my trip. Highly recommend Go West Tours, and a special thanks to Aleks for making the experience so memorable! 😊

a fantasic bus trip experience, Joel is super friendly and knows every hidden spot for good view and spotting wildlife. The view along great ocean road is marvelous, and Joel gave many fun stories and history during the whole trip. An unforgettable trip!

it’s a wonderful trip. Tim is a very sincere, responsible guide. He well arranged the time schedule , no rush for each viewpoint. We were so lucky to see the wildlife koala and kangaroos. Our guide, William Yuan, was very professional in sharing the history, news, and interesting facts about Melbourne, helping us learn and remember more about the city. Although the itinerary was a bit rushed due to the autumn season, we still had a wonderful time during the one-day tour.

Augustine took great care of us throughout the trip. He gave us lots of useful information and shared the history and stories behind each place in such a fun and entertaining way. He was really funny and made the whole trip enjoyable! I was also impressed that he could speak several languages. We had a great time and would definitely recommend him as a guide!
