It was such an amazing experience seeing Mt. Fuji during our visit here in Japan. We were so lucky to spot the Mt. Fuji, despite the limited days to spot it. The itinerary was smooth and followed tactfully. Aside from this, our tour guide, David, was so friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable during the tour. Such a remarkable experience overall!

Booking the ticket for the right time can be a bit tricky, but I highly recommend visiting any time from 2 PM onward. Since it’s winter and the sky gets dark earlier, this timing allows you to enjoy both the daytime view and the nighttime lights.
We purchased the 2:20 PM ticket and were able to fully enjoy the night view of Tokyo and Shibuya Crossing. Time flies, and before you know it, it’s dark and all the city lights are on—it’s truly magical!
Overall, a highly recommended experience. Missing Tokyo now !!

great experience! We saw the harmony in colour parade and the reach for the stars yesterday, but unfortunately they posponed the electrical parade dreamlights and announced that they will be closed at 630pm. That's 2 of 3 main events, still a win

We got there at 9am and spent 30 minutes in the gift shop right away to buy wands. We entered for the tour just after 9:30 and really took our time, we didn't get out of there until 4pm! The whole thing is amazing. Fun, interactive treats like the moving paintings, Quidditch match, and Floo Powder at the Ministry that are all included and downloadable. The broom experience is goofy fun, but you do have to pay for any of those pictures/videos. The food in the Backlot Cafe is hands down the best I've ever eaten at a place like this, the roast chicken was so yummy. The Butterbeer is also delicious (very sweet, recommend for dessert). Staff is so lovely and excited and cheerful, happy tontake picutres for you. Loved this all the way through.

It was great! Art was really nice like you're on a different world. We also tried the En Tea House. It's cool. the only thing that we didn't like much is the direction. There were not a lot of sign. Exit and arrow signs are too small so it's kinda hard to find it and it makes it difficult where to go next. Other than that, everything was good.

hassle free redemption with klook. went at 3 pm and managed to stay till after sun sets. lift to exit was crazy though due to crowd. had to wait for 20-30 mins to get back down. amazing view just abit to crowded when we visited.

Great experience. it was our first visit to Roppongi hills obsevatory. Beautiful views, very supportive staff, quite easy to reach to the venue, staff was available at all designated areas to guide us. Booking from klook was the most easy and economical option available. we booked the visit a day prior, we wanted the evening slot only and got one. suggestion is to book in advance. Price in compared to other options was way too reasonable. We will definitely be booking more excursion thru Klook and will visit Japan again soon.

Wonderful and smooth experience. Very convenient as the tickets are flexible and you have a long time to plan things. It was super helpful since it’s always unpredictable to make plans with little ones. Would definitely buy the tickets here next time as well.
