Amazing experience with our tour guide Haley! Haley was very friendly and well informed about Jeju. We ate a delicious lunch (black Jeju pork) and the highlight was watching the Haenyeo woman divers who caught two octopus’s! Also, for Kdrama lovers the Canola flowers were so pretty and Haley was more than happy to take photos especially helpful for me as I was travelling solo! The trip was very smooth and communication was excellent.

Originally, i choose WEST TOUR, unfortunately the operator emailed me about this tour were cancelled die to their tour guide personal excuse which is not okay with, and they let me choose wether change the tour from east/south tour or cancel and get full refund, and I choose different path of tour and turns out well and great tour since our tour guide Andy is really informative about jeju's story and very accommodating and they response in email and whatsapp really fast which is plus point. The way he drives were smooth and he say sorry if there is a sudden bump in the road and quick stop. Thank you so much, I would definitely send this Tour to my colleagues.

This time, we took a cruise and did shore excursions in Seogwipo, Jeju. We booked a day of chartered car service, and the overall experience was very satisfactory. We highly recommend it to families with children and travelers accompanied by seniors. Our driver and guide, Yunah, was able to communicate in Chinese without any barriers throughout the trip. She flexibly arranged the itinerary according to our requests and helped us make arrangements with great care. What we appreciated most was that she proactively helped take care of the children along the way, took photos for us, and helped us capture many precious memories. Overall, this Jeju chartered car service made our time ashore fulfilling and relaxing, especially for families traveling with children, it was really worry-free. If we come to Jeju again next time, we will definitely book the same type of chartered car service again, and we will sincerely recommend it to our relatives and friends.

We had a great time! Our guide Mr. Peter Kim is a very good guide and we learned a lot from him. Also he drived very carefully due to the snowy weather and we were all safe until be returned to our hotel. We did see some accidents on the road but we were safe. I booked a join-in tour for me and my parents. First we are supposed to go to Hallasan mountain to see the view and snow, but due to weather we were not able to go. But we were not disappointed because it was snowing most of the trip! The camellia hill have lots of snow and the contrast between the red flowers and white snow is such a delight to see! Tangerine picking was also a fun activity. We ate immediately the tangerine and it was sour but Mr. Peter said don’t eat immediately and wait for 1~2 days before eating, but when we reached our hotel we couldn’t resist to eat, and to our surprise the tangerines tasted sweet! He was right not to eat the tangerines immediately 🤭Mr. Peter made our day trip very worthwhile! I recommend!

We had an amazing time on this Jeju tour. The places we visited were all beautiful, especially Yongmeori Coast, which truly stood out and reminded us of scenes from a Star Wars movie. The scenery was breathtaking and made the trip very memorable.
Michael was a great guide and handled everything perfectly. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the day. He also brought us to a buffet for lunch that was delicious and very affordable, which was a nice bonus.
Overall, the experience was enjoyable and well worth it. We would definitely recommend this tour.
