Reviews
My cooking class at Toto Atelier was amazing. I made a tangerine meringue pie with freshly picked Jeju tangerines, and the whole experience felt straight out of a K-drama—calm, beautiful, and so fun. The staff were warm and attentive, and the onsite photographer captured stunning photos that made the experience even more special. Everything was just right. Highly recommend!
Since I was traveling solo and wanted to experience more I signed up for two classes back to back. The first was the Jeju Orange Pie and the second was the Buckwheat cold noodles. It was really fun! A video guided me through the process, with friendly staff to help as needed, especially when it came to oven stuff and double checking if things were well done before moving on to the next step. It was a fun experience to make everything from scratch, including grinding the flour and the buckwheat from the grain in order to make the pie crust and the noodles. Plus, at the end you get to enjoy your meal in the seating area/cafe. Highly recommend if you are looking for something to do for an hour or two. Be warned though, it is a bit out of the city and takes about 25 minutes by car and 1.5 hours by bus.
Booked the Jeju Self-Baking activity by TOTOatelier, with video guidance in English language. Overall I enjoyed the hands-on experience of baking my own “Tangerine Meringue Pie” using their fresh ingredients from the garden. I could bring back my beautifully decorated and delicious pie. However, the staff could have allowed more time for us to enjoy the ingredient picking process, instead of rushing us.
I love baking. I booked this Jeju self baking activity & experienced baking through video guidance. The ingredients (carrots) were harvested from their own vegetable garden. My carrot pound cake came out so pretty and yummy. I am so happy.
The staff was so kind and I really enjoyed making the macarons! It was set up really nicely and truely has been a core memory for me on Jeju. Highly recommend!
would definitely do again!! easy to follow, fun experience and pictures were super cute! will do again when back in Jeju! owner and all employees are very kind and attentive
enjoyed ourselves during the entire baking process. highly recommended for a fun edible activity. Place is quite secluded. own having own transport would be a great choice.
My husband and I recently attended a baking class, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. They had us pick out the herbs in their garden. kitchen station was already set up with everything you need. Each station had a video tablet to show you instructions in English. They took the time to explain each step in detail, ensuring that everyone, regardless of skill level, felt comfortable and confident. The instructor was knowledgeable, patient, and always ready to provide helpful tips or answer questions. The environment was relaxed, yet well-organized, which made learning fun and stress-free. We walked away with new skills, delicious baked goods, and a greater appreciation for the art of baking. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking to improve their baking skills or just enjoy a fun, interactive experience!
The class was great! Instructors were very hands-on. I enjoyed the space, which was equipped with a cafeteria, baking stations, garden and a photoshoot area. It includes a professional photographer who will email your photos to you. Really enjoyed my experience here!
Fun and enjoyable cooking experience, it’s easy and just need to follow iPad recipes. Never expect there is free photography too! extra bonus!
