We had a wonderful and relaxing staycation! The room was very clean, cozy, and quiet. The staff was kind and helpful from check-in to check-out. We loved the pool and the great food. It was the perfect break from our busy routine. We will come back soon

Here’s a more natural and grammatically polished version: We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were kind, friendly, and very approachable. We had a truly relaxing time at the water spa, and I highly recommend trying the herbal pools, sauna, and cold pool. The food was great as well. I also recommend dining at Sky Garden Bistro—the food is delicious, and the ambiance is peaceful and very relaxing. 🌿✨

cleanliness: the room is clean and neat transport access: accessible and easy to locate hotel location: near malls and other establishments

celebrated my daughter’s debut here - staff were nice and 3BR suites are very spacious. nice hotel but parking can be improved, our guests had a hard time securing a spot.

This place offers excellent value with a prime location near key spots, making it very walkable. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep with hot water readily available. The Wi-Fi is reliable, and the staff are friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. Facilities are well-maintained and add to the convenience of the stay.

I’ve stayed here multiple times and I always get the best service! It is very convenient as it is near SM Megamall.

the hotel is very convenient. The mall is near which is very nice. I also have a voucher/discount because this is my first time I booked a room.

the staff are nice and helpful. response time is quick. very efficient. the room is clean, with complete amenities. and having drinking water is a plus.

Exceptional service from start to finish! Every staff member we encountered was genuinely friendly, professional, and anticipated our needs without us even asking. The attention to detail, from the personalized welcome to the thoughtful turndown service, made us feel incredibly valued. The facilities were magnificent, but it's the people who truly make this hotel shine. Highly, highly recommend!
