Overall, it's very convenient. While it's a bit of a distance from the station, it's not inconvenient to pull luggage. Be careful if you need to store luggage; there are very few and small spaces, and anything over 26 inches won't fit. Early check-in with luggage storage costs 50 Swiss Francs. Good hotel with nice views and friendly staff. The location is a bit further out and the room could do with a mini fridge.

We had a wonderful experience. The room is spacious, clean and cofortable. The location also is a plus, very convenient to transportation and shopping.

The stay was very comfortable, but unfortunately there was construction right outside the window, so we couldn't open it. The room lacked ventilation and felt a bit stuffy. Although an air conditioner was provided, it was very noisy. The bathroom was clean, but the exhaust fan was broken—I tried many times to turn it on without success. I tried calling the front desk using the room phone, but there was no dial tone, and since I was too exhausted, I just gave up. The location is quite convenient, not far from the bus stop, and right next to a popular internet-famous cheese hot pot restaurant. The breakfast was also good with a wide variety of fruit, the hot chocolate was delicious, and the staff were extremely welcoming.

Nice hotel and everything went very well! The only minor drawback was the heat; a fan in the room would have been appreciated. Other than that, no complaints, I recommend it!
