this is the very first time that we booked this kind of service. this is aint cheap but worth the money. the driver is professional and on time. he picked us up from our hotel and drop us again in the same location in the evening. the vehicle is clean and comfortable. we communicated to the driver via viber. we really enjoyed this day in Kyoto and Nara. i will booked this again the next time I have guests who wanted to visit Kansai.

The Kobe Port Ferris Wheel Hot Spring Night View Day Tour was absolutely wonderful. Our guide, Mathew, was exceptional — friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive throughout the trip. He explained everything clearly, took great care of the group, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.
The itinerary was well-planned, giving us enough time at each stop, and the night view was truly stunning. The transfer was comfortable and perfectly on schedule.

My family and I had a fantastic day trip to Kobe during our stay in Osaka. Our guide, Mr. Jun Young Jo, was exceptional—friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the area. Since we were the only group that day, he made us feel like VIPs.
The itinerary was well-planned and smooth, covering the Cup Noodles Museum, Arima Onsen, Rokko Garden Terrace, Meriken Park, and Mosaic. We loved the DIY cup noodle activity, and he even recommended a great traditional ramen spot afterward.
We had plenty of time to explore Arima Onsen’s historic streets, enjoy the views from Mount Rokko, and take photos. He also treated us to local snacks, helped capture many pictures, and even printed a special souvenir photo with Kobe Tower in the background.
His attention to detail, warm hospitality, and personal touches made the tour truly memorable—especially since it coincided with my parents’ wedding anniversary. Highly recommended! 👍🏻😃

Regarding the itinerary, there were too many people on the holiday, and traffic jams caused us to have less time at the outlet. Also, it's a bit of a shame we didn't get to soak in the hot springs. Mount Rokko was too cold; the company should remind everyone to bring a thick jacket. Thank you for the company's arrangements.

If you travel independently by train to Arima Onsen, you can only do one itinerary in a day, whereas with Klook, you can go to the outlet, Arima Onsen, and Mount Rokko to see the night view. However, Mount Rokko's night view is better in the summer, as it's windy in the winter.
