I once again realized Klook's attentiveness and considerateness of the hotel's 5-star service. At first, I was told that there were no twin beds and I wanted to change to a king bed. I accepted this suggestion because during the Christmas holiday, I knew that the rooms were fully booked and it was difficult to accommodate. I went to the hotel and asked about it and found out that the hotel upgraded my room and added a small bed for me. For me, they were able to solve what I wanted according to my situation.
