Osaka City/Kyoto/Nara/Uji/Kobe Popular Locations Customized Chartered Car Day Tour

Booked this for my family of 6. It was very convenient as we wanted a private transport arrangement with pick up from our hotel. The itinerary was customised based on what we wanted to see which was Nara-Uji- Kyoto all in 10 hours. Had to top up 3000 yen to add Uji + parking/toll fees (separate- it was around 10000yen) but it was worth it! The company contacted us prior to the trip to confirm the itinerary and pick up time. Lunch can be arranged or you can eat at any one of your stops. This trip would never have happened with the usual bus tour as typically it would be just two cities Nara & Kyoto (Uji not included). Driver was very polite throughout but could only speak in Mandarin. Not an issue as we were able to communicate using Google Translate. Driver waited in the car while we took our time to explore and we were not rushed at all. Just need to be mindful that it takes around 1.5hrs back to Osaka city from Kyoto. Our family had the best time. Thank you!

It was a good experience booking with this one day chartered car to kyoto and nara. they recommended a good itinerary to us. What i didnt expect was when I asked the driver for recommendation for a good restaurant in kyoto. he told me he didn’t know any of it. Also, we had to walk from the parking lot rather than drop us near the entrance of the tourist spot. my sister who has visual impairment was with us and it was not really comfortable. Despite all of this. I would still recommend for others to book with them. it was a smooth transaction. Just note the said problems encountered and improve from it. Thank you!

A WhatsApp group was created a few days before the charter date to confirm the itinerary, and the driver joined the group the day before, which made us feel very at ease. The driver, Xiao Zhang, was friendly and professional, drove smoothly, always dropped us off and picked us up at the most convenient locations for sightseeing, and waited nearby. Whenever we messaged him, he usually appeared within ten minutes for pick-up, which was extremely efficient. We especially appreciate that because our child accidentally soiled their clothes and needed to buy new ones urgently, Xiao Zhang was also very considerate and efficient in helping us find the most convenient UNIQLO, so that our child could quickly change into clean clothes and continue the rest of the trip comfortably. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service.

Chartering a car is the right choice because it is a good arrangement for older people. The driver is a girl and communication is smooth. She picks us up downstairs of the hotel on time, which saves us a lot of inconvenience. We also complete the itinerary on time.

communication for pre-arrangement was quite detailed and instructions were clear. On the day of the tour itself, driver was very punctual and tried to explain the sites as much as he could. The only feedback we have was.. we asked for English speaking driver but unfortunately got someone who didn't speak any English at all without any information in advance. we were also charged a full hour of overtime even though was due to traffic on our way back and was only 30mins over. But overall the service was reliable.
