Eligibility
- Children aged 18+ will be charged the same rate as adults
- Elementary school students are free on weekends and holidays. No ticket purchase is required. We will also be running a free campaign during the summer and spring holidays, so please check HP for details.
- Participants must be aged under 99 to take part in this activity

- On New Year's Eve (December 31st) we will be open until 6:00pm.
- If you have a physical disability certificate, mental disability certificate, or rehabilitation certificate (welfare certificate), please bring your certificate and present it in the ticket lobby and admission is half price for the person presenting the certificate and one accompanying person.
- Please note that this facility is an outdoor venue, and entry restrictions or closures may occur due to inclement weather or natural disasters.

A bird eye's view of Nagoya, especially area around the Nagoya Station and even Nagoya Castle. On days of good visibility, you can see a mountain or a few. I can see Mt. Ibuki during sunset. Visit on weekday for cheaper entry. Redemption is easy as the staff is readily available to help. Depending on your pace and interest, you can spend 10mins or even 2 hours here. There are seats around, drink vending machines and it is semi outdoor. My discomfort is the bbq smoke and smell from the open air restaurant.

Since the tour group schedule didn't allow for much personal freedom, the travel agency arranged for us to stay at the ibis near the station, leaving us with free time in the evening. After dinner, my husband and I took a leisurely walk to the observatory tower, located on floors 44-46. When we first arrived, we were a bit unsure if we were in the right place because there was no one around 😅. But we followed the signs to the entrance, where we quickly purchased tickets online and were able to use them immediately by just showing the purchase information on our phones. There's a restaurant in the observatory with a bit of a barbecue smell. It was quite windy, but there were seats available where we could relax. They also had lighted chairs for taking pictures, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a good experience.

Experience: Worth trying if you've never been.
Price: We spent about 30 minutes there, and it cost about NT$347 for two people, which I think is acceptable.
Facilities: Clean and comfortable.

It's been a travel tradition that I go to an Observatory during the first day of my travel and the Sky Promenade is a perfect choice since it offers a 360 degree view of the whole of Nagoya. You can even see Nagoya Castle and the Mirai Tower from afar. Taking a timelapse video from above with the bullet train, local train and cars below was great! Came in at around 8PM and there is no wait.

we had so much fun in this activity, thanks klook for a very afordable and yet beautiful and exciting experience with this observatory deck, we’ve seen the whole nagoya especially at night we experienced walking around the observatory deck, we did tiktok also in the 44th floor😂😂highly recommended this activity when you go to nagoya.

From a high vantage point, you can take in the entire cityscape of Nagoya, with its bustling urban landscape stretching as far as the eye can see. The view transforms dramatically from sunset to nightfall, creating an impressive and unforgettable experience.

The view is beautiful, and you can take night photos of Nagoya Castle and Chubu Electric Power Tower. The downside is that it's open-air, so it gets very windy and cold at night. It's only suitable for visiting in the summer. In winter, you can only stay for a few minutes before it becomes unbearable and you have to leave immediately because it's too cold.

Because it rained for two consecutive days, I still went on a rainy day, because the rain and humidity give a different feeling. The inside is open, so you must have an umbrella. You can borrow one from the front desk, which is very convenient. There is also a place inside where you can eat barbecue or drink alcohol, and business is still good on rainy days with groups going. On cloudy and rainy days, everything is clouds and fog, and it's a bit cool, but there are many places to sit around, and some are specially made, which are very suitable for romance (I saw young couples).
