【Design Hotel】Shenzhen Hui Hotel Accommodation Package

This hotel was phenomenal. One month later and I'm still thinking about the set course dinner and how unbelievable it tasted. My room was perfect and they accommodated me on my request to make it romantic. There are a lot of places to take photos. There is also an indoor pool and gym. The pool water was very cold so we didn't swim. The room was comfortable, big and clean. The milk bath was also relaxing. I would definitely book again if visiting Shenzhen.

I booked my room on Klook just two days before check-in and received confirmation very quickly. The hotel is located near a residential area with a park nearby. The room initially assigned was on the 3rd floor, but the layout felt strange and uncomfortable. The front desk arranged for me to switch to a room on the 5th floor, which was much better. This room was spacious and came with a coffee machine, capsules, and two complimentary sodas. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower, and a full set of toiletries. The mattress was a little soft, and the wallpaper by the window was a bit old with some water stains, but overall, the maintenance was quite good. For breakfast, there were several types of salads, and eggs were made to order. You could also order noodles and rice noodle rolls. Hot food options included steamed cakes, siu mai, sweet potatoes, and corn. For drinks, there was a coffee machine, and I highly recommend the pour-over coffee. Dinner tasted good, but the portions were quite small; the steak seemed like half a portion, and the cake was only about 1 inch by 1 inch. The front desk staff were very accommodating and tried their best to meet my needs.

It feels like returning home to a hotel. Except for the front desk waitress who was a little cool, the other front desk waiters, cleaning ladies, Chinese restaurant in the basement, and western restaurant on the 8th floor were all very polite and willing to serve, with smiles all around. The food in both restaurants was delicious. p.s. Milk bath is only available if you ask.

The hotel as a whole is elegant and unique, and the service staff are polite and friendly. Chinese and Western breakfast are also very good. Shenzhen Central Park is nearby and the environment is very good. You can take a leisurely walk after breakfast in the morning and breathe in the fresh air. However, the Western-style dinner set that I booked for the night I checked in had to be changed because the venue was booked, so I had no choice but to change it to lunch in the morning or go to the Chinese set menu in the evening at the restaurant. In order to celebrate my husband’s birthday, it was disrupted and the budget was lost. The Chinese set meal The style tastes good, but the portion is small and not filling. You have to pay extra for a fried rice, which is a bit out of budget. Although I upgraded my room and had a late check-out, I was a bit disappointed. I feel that the hotel's arrangement is a bit inappropriate and unsatisfactory, and it did not inform guests in advance. So that guests can make arrangements. Suggestions need to be improved.

The hotel is clean, the location is good, the transportation is convenient, the air conditioning is sufficient, and the breakfast is delicious😋

The transportation is convenient. Huaxin Station is just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel is comfortable and spacious. Free fruit bowls and cakes for birthdays. The dinner and breakfast in the package taste average. But the price/performance ratio is still ok.
