This is a new hotel, and I booked an early bird special on Klook, which was a really great deal. The price for two nights included breakfast and the mini-bar. Although there aren't many places to eat, drink, or have fun outside the hotel, the subway is only a 2-3 minute walk away. Basically, all the services were excellent. The only issue was that the room's Wi-Fi connection required entering a Cantonese Pinyin name, which was quite challenging. Every time I left the room, I had to reconnect, so in the end, I just opted not to use the Wi-Fi. The transportation is very convenient; it's easy to get to the subway, and it's only two stops from Huangmugang to Huaqiangbei.

This trip was specially arranged to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday! I had contacted the hotel in advance through Klook to arrange birthday decorations! The results did not disappoint. Miss Lors at the front desk had carefully taken care of everything 😊. She also helped us check in early 👍 and set up the birthday decorations. We were very happy 🎉. The view from the room was amazing, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views 👍👍. The room was stylishly decorated and spotless! This was a very satisfying experience, and we will definitely come again. Finally, most of the hotel staff could understand and speak Cantonese 👍. Very friendly 👍.

The front desk staff were smiling, but seemed undertrained. We arrived at the hotel a bit early, and the front desk attendant, without much explanation, simply told us that if we wanted a room early, we'd have to pay for half a day. I understand this is hotel policy, but it would have been much more pleasant if the attendant had simply said the room wasn't ready yet. The room's cleanliness was good, and the air conditioning was reasonably cool. The dinner buffet offered a wide variety of dishes and tasted good. The breakfast buffet was also good, with many options and great flavor.

This hotel, the newly opened Wuzhou Sports Center Hotel, is truly excellent, right at the subway exit. Both the hotel facilities and the staff's attitude are top-notch! My child felt a bit unwell on our first night, so they couldn't come down for the breakfast buffet the next morning. When I asked the restaurant staff if I could take some food up to the room, they immediately said yes. We also had the dinner buffet at the hotel that evening, and the female manager even asked about my child's health. This is the first time I've experienced such thoughtful and attentive service at a hotel! There were many other small details that showed how dedicated and attentive the staff are in every role. We stayed at a truly outstanding hotel this Easter holiday, and we will definitely be back!

The hotel's decor is modern, the rooms are spacious, and the soundproofing is good; I didn't hear any noise from outside the room, making for a very comfortable environment. The hotel is only a 2-minute walk from the subway station, but there are no shopping malls or convenience stores nearby. The buffet was a bit disappointing; both dinner and breakfast offered very few options. The cold seafood was bland, the wood-fired barbecue was just average, and the hot pot only had one type of meat and a small selection of vegetables. Overall, the food quality was mediocre. In summary, the room quality is excellent, but the food needs improvement.

The hotel room was spacious with brand new facilities. The hotel upgraded us to an executive room with a great view. The buffet dinner offered quality food with many choices, and it was good value for money!

The environment at Guan Xiang Western Restaurant is beautiful, with comfortable seating, a rich variety of food, and good flavors that perfectly suit our taste. The restaurant staff and manager provided attentive and courteous service. Mengran at the front desk also recommended the hotel's Western restaurant when we checked in. It's highly commendable. We'll definitely come again next time.

Most of the hotel staff speak Cantonese, so communication is not an issue. The room generally felt new and clean. The only problems were weak Wi-Fi and no Hong Kong TV channels. Both the hotel's buffet dinner and breakfast were acceptable. The wood-fired barbecue buffet dinner was not as special as I imagined, just average. On the Friday we checked in, the buffet dinner wasn't too crowded. However, since we stayed for two nights, I noticed that the Saturday buffet dinner was extremely crowded, with queues for food everywhere. Those who prefer a relaxed experience should take note.

The room is very spacious and clean, the service staff is polite, and the food quality in the restaurant is acceptable! Worth recommending! I can go again next time!

Although there isn't a large shopping mall directly nearby, it's very convenient to take the subway to a neighboring large mall. The room was very spacious and had a great sense of openness, and I particularly appreciated the very bright and open view. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower, which was a plus. As for the breakfast and dinner buffets, there was a wide and abundant selection of food. The dinner theme was Thai cuisine, which I thoroughly enjoyed; it truly excelled in color, aroma, and taste. The front desk staff provided excellent service, processing check-in very quickly, and all my room requests were accommodated, which is worth noting. I felt that this hotel genuinely cares about its guests. I believe a hotel with good service quality should never be perfunctory when it comes to guest requests. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money in all aspects.
