The itinerary includes a local specialty dinner. Please be sure to read carefully and follow the on-site guidance and schedule.
  • [Notice Time and Method] We will send an email between 20:00 and 21:00 on the day before departure to inform you of the tour guide and vehicle information. The email may be mistakenly marked as spam, please check it carefully. In case of peak seasons or special circumstances, the email sending time may be delayed, and the last email shall prevail.
  • [Meeting and Late Arrival Instructions] This activity is a carpooling trip, please be sure to arrive at the meeting point on time. We cannot wait or provide refunds for late arrivals. Any resulting responsibilities and expenses must be borne by yourself, thank you for your understanding.
  • [Vehicle and Companion Language Notes] We will arrange the vehicle model based on the number of people on the day, and specific vehicle types cannot be designated. Please note that you may share the vehicle with guests speaking other languages during the trip.
  • [Seasonal Activity Notice] Seasonal limited activities such as cherry blossoms, autumn foliage, special flowering periods, snow scenery, lantern festivals, and celebrations are easily affected by weather or other force majeure. If no official cancellation notice is received, the itinerary will depart as scheduled. If the bloom period or landscape does not meet expectations, no refunds will be provided. Thank you for your understanding.
  • [Departure time may be adjusted] During peak tourist seasons or in the event of special circumstances, the itinerary departure time may be advanced or delayed. The specific time will be subject to the email notification sent on the previous day. Please make preparations in advance.
  • [Seating Arrangement Instructions] Carpool itineraries generally operate on a first-come, first-served basis for seating. If you have special requirements, please leave a note when booking, and we will do our best to coordinate; however, the final arrangement is subject to the guide's on-site dispatch.
  • [Itinerary Order Adjustment Instructions] Due to Japan's strict control over operating vehicle usage hours, the attractions, transportation, and stay durations included in the itinerary will be arranged flexibly based on the conditions of the day. In case of special circumstances such as traffic congestion or weather changes, the tour guide will consult the majority opinion to reasonably adjust the order or omit certain attractions. Your cooperation is appreciated.

If you choose to leave the tour midway, the remaining itinerary will be considered voluntarily forfeited, and fees will not be refunded. Any risks or liabilities arising after leaving the tour shall be borne by the individual.
  • [End time is for reference only] Due to the long driving time of the itinerary, the return arrival time may be affected by traffic, weather, etc. It is recommended that you avoid arranging other activities on the day the itinerary ends.
