• 【Group Formation Notice】Minimum number of participants for a group tour: 6 people. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum required number, the tour will be canceled, and an email notification of the tour cancellation will be sent 3 days before the departure date.
• 【Important Reminder for Fireworks Venue】Upon arrival, guests need to choose their own viewing spot in the free viewing area and occupy it (bringing your own foldable cushion is recommended) to wait for the fireworks show. These are not paid reserved seats or designated front-row seats. The fireworks festival will be crowded, so please be sure to take good care of your valuables.
• 【Infant Free Policy】Infants and children will be counted as passengers. One adult is limited to carrying one infant who does not occupy a seat. If there is an infant aged 0-2 (free of charge) traveling with you, please make a note when placing the order. If not informed in advance and there are insufficient seats, the driver has the right to refuse service, and any resulting losses must be borne by yourself. Thank you for your understanding.
• 【Vehicle Model & Tour Leader Arrangement Description】Vehicle Model Used: Different vehicle models will be arranged according to the actual number of travelers. We cannot specify the vehicle model, please understand. For small groups, a driver who also serves as an attendant will provide full tour services, and no additional tour leader will be assigned. The driver/tour leader is only responsible for the itinerary and time management. After arriving at the scenic spots, please feel free to explore on your own; for groups of 14 or more, an additional tour guide will be arranged; due to limited luggage storage space, each person can carry one standard-sized piece of luggage free of charge. If you wish to bring large luggage onto the vehicle, please inform us in the remarks section.
• 【Accident Insurance】This itinerary does not include personal travel insurance or personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase it yourself. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports involve specific risks and dangers; please assess your health and capabilities. Our company assumes no responsibility for any personal/property damage or injury caused by accidents or unforeseen factors. We appreciate your understanding.
• 【Pre-departure Notification Email Reminder】The night before your departure, from 19:00-22:00 (Japan time), we will send a pre-departure notification email containing the tour leader's contact information, driver details, meeting point map, and relevant注意事项 (important notes). Please be sure to check it promptly and also keep an eye on your spam folder. During peak travel seasons, email delivery may be slightly delayed; we appreciate your understanding. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the content of the most recently sent one.
• 【Meeting Time】Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes before the meeting time to check in. To protect the rights and interests of all travelers, we will not wait for latecomers and no refunds will be given. Please arrive on time to avoid affecting the itinerary. If you are late due to personal reasons on the day and cannot participate, you cannot join midway and no refund will be given. Thank you for your understanding.
• 【Force Majeure】In case of unfavorable weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day before departure (18:00 local time), and participants will be notified via email thereafter.
• 【Important Notice Regarding Trip Duration】According to Japanese labor laws, a driver's maximum daily working hours are 10 hours. To ensure driving safety, the arrival and stop times of the trip may be delayed or shortened depending on the traffic conditions, weather, and crowd flow on the day. We appreciate your understanding.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to request a full refund
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 6 participants. If this happens, you'll get a refund
