• Service personnel: For groups of 8 people or less, no tour guide service is provided; only a Chinese driver and guide will be arranged (they do not enter scenic spots and do not provide explanations); for groups of 8 people or more, a Chinese tour guide will be arranged.

• Yangshuo Landscape Yulong Garden: If there is a flood or the government stops selling tickets, it will be replaced with other equivalent attractions.
• Itinerary description reminder: Starting from October, itinerary attractions will be adjusted, and the adjusted itinerary will prevail.
• The afternoon itinerary on the first day starts around 14:00. Early arriving tourists will be arranged to be sent to the hotel first, and you can check in by providing your name at the front desk. Tourists arriving later will be sent to the scenic area to meet with the tour guide. As this is a group tour for individual travelers, please wait patiently if there is a waiting time. The waiting time for pickup at Guilin Railway Station and Guilin Airport will not exceed 40 minutes. If you mind, you can take a taxi to the hotel yourself.
• Complimentary drone aerial photography: Drone aerial photography is highly affected by weather. If there is strong wind or rain, it cannot be arranged. Aerial photography is complimentary; if special circumstances prevent shooting, no refund will be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
• Dinner: Group dinner for ten people at a round table, with eight dishes and one soup. If there are fewer than ten people, the number of dishes will be reduced accordingly. For individual guests in a group of fewer than 8 people, dinner is self-paid, and the meal cost will be refunded on the spot.
• Complimentary items: If guests are unable to participate due to their own reasons or irresistible factors (such as policy-related requisition, natural disasters, temporary adjustments to scenic area policies, etc.), no refund will be issued.
• Minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult to join the tour. The adult who registers with them will be their guardian during the tour. If there are seniors aged 60 (inclusive) or above in the group, at least one adult relative must accompany them to join the tour. Reservations from pregnant women are not accepted; we appreciate your understanding.
• All scenic spots require original ID cards, passports, or Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan travel permits for entry. Please be sure to bring the identification document you provided when placing your order. If you are unable to enter the scenic spot due to forgetting to bring the relevant documents or providing incorrect documents, you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.
• No services are included during free time, and any personal or property losses shall be borne by the traveler.
• The tickets included in the itinerary refer to the first entrance ticket to the scenic area, and do not include electric car fees or other separately charged attraction tickets within the scenic area; all attraction tickets in the itinerary are group tickets, and student IDs, military IDs, teacher IDs, senior citizen IDs, etc., no longer enjoy any ticket discounts.
• The hotel's check-out time is 12:00 PM. Travelers with late flights can store their luggage at the hotel front desk and enjoy free time, or pay an additional fee for a day-use room to rest.
• Hotel check-in time is generally after 2:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, you can store your luggage at the front desk and wait a bit by exploring the hotel surroundings. Some hotels require a deposit at check-in, which will be refunded upon check-out under normal circumstances. On the last day, please check out before 12:00 PM.
• Hotel accommodation: By default, a hotel twin room will be arranged, with 2 adults per room. If you are traveling as an odd number of adults, please be sure to purchase a "single room supplement".
• For some guests whose arrival and departure times are close, we will arrange shared shuttle service, which may involve some waiting time. We appreciate your understanding. If a guest misses their shuttle due to their own reasons, they will be responsible for any resulting losses.
• It is recommended to arrange return bullet trains after 18:00, and return flights after 19:30 in the evening.
• If you need airport pick-up/drop-off, you can add a vehicle.
• The sightseeing tour times, as well as the meeting and dismissal times, are for reference only. Please refer to the actual notification. Our agency reserves the right to adjust the sequence of the tour itinerary, but the content of the tour will not be reduced. If the itinerary is affected by irresistible factors, the travel agency will assist tourists in resolving the issue, but will not bear the losses caused thereby. If additional expenses are incurred as a result, tourists are kindly requested to cover them themselves.
• There may be souvenir shops in some scenic spots and near stops along the route of this itinerary. Rest stops (water refilling points, toilets) and small shops along the way are not considered shopping establishments. Local residents selling souvenirs and local specialties are not services provided by our company. Please purchase with caution to avoid being deceived.
