• [Ferries and Cross-Regional Transportation] If you are traveling to Shimonoseki (e.g., Karato Market), you will need to take a ferry round trip at your own expense. Transportation costs and safety responsibilities are borne by the traveler.
• 【Karato Market Operation Instructions】 Karato Market usually opens "Seafood Stall Street (Makan Street)" on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese national holidays. In case of Japanese holidays or market adjustments to business arrangements, the availability of stalls may change, subject to actual on-site operations. "Makan Street" may be closed during the year-end and New Year period (specifics subject to official announcements).
• 【Attraction Operation Status】The opening hours, exhibition content, or experience items of some attractions may be temporarily adjusted or closed due to weather, holidays, or maintenance. Please refer to the actual situation on site.
• 【Night View and Outdoor Attractions】 Outdoor attractions such as the night view of Mt. Sarakura are greatly affected by weather and visibility. If viewing is not possible due to weather conditions, it will not be considered a reason for cancellation or refund.

• The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Confirmation

• You'll get confirmation within 24 hours. If you don't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
