• Warm tips for those who want to experience kimono: It is recommended to wear comfortable clothes that are easy to change into. You can accessorize with small items and hairstyles to enhance your photos. There are no children's kimonos. Payment is cash only. The kimono experience lasts approximately one full day, allowing you to easily visit various attractions. After the experience, there's no need to return to the shop; you can return the kimono directly on the bus, saving time and effort.
• The kimono experience is an optional activity, starting from 4,000 JPY, and includes a summer kimono, inner wear, and a half-width obi. Please indicate whether you need to book the kimono experience when placing your order. There are no children's sizes available for this activity. Recommended photo spots: Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine: Red bridge, approach, and traditional streetscape. Nyoirinji Temple: Limited-time wind chime corridor. Yanagawa: Riverside scenery, white-walled old streets, Japanese gardens, and retro wooden buildings.
• If the registrant is an elder over 70 years old or a pregnant woman, to ensure safety and improve relevant protection procedures, a liability waiver must be signed. Please make a note in the "Special Requirements" field when booking, and the operator will send the liability waiver document via email after receiving the order. Please sign and return a photo of it in advance to complete the registration process.
• 【About Travel Time】According to Japanese law, Japanese drivers' maximum daily working hours must not exceed 10 hours (including vehicle entry and exit from the depot). The tour guide may appropriately adjust the itinerary order and停留时间 (stay duration) based on the traffic and on-site conditions of the day. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
• [Pre-departure Notification Email] The operator will send an email the night before departure, between 20:00–21:00 (Japan time). The email will include: guide contact information, driver details, meeting point map, and important notes. Please be sure to check your email and your spam folder. • [Regarding Seating Arrangements] This itinerary is for a group tour, and vehicle seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. • [Regarding leaving the group midway] This itinerary is for group travel, and you may not leave the group midway or depart early. If you leave the group midway on your own, the remaining itinerary will be considered automatically forfeited, and no refund will be given. Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
