La Maison Spa Experience in Hanoi

The massage was amazing, a great way to wind down at the end of our trip. The service was really great, would definitely recommend. We even went to checkout the sky bar, the view was stunning.

This spa is located inside the hotel. The staff on the 1st floor will first take a photo of your KLOOK voucher, then direct you to the elevator to the 12th floor. From there, you'll walk up one flight of stairs to the 13th floor. The masseuse was very thorough and provided a comfortable foot massage, but too little massage oil was used. Many of my leg hairs were painfully pulled out. It was really quite painful.

Good Service and environment. There is a sky bar next to the Spa, which we didn't go to.

The facilities were very clean. The service was friendly and courteous. I only used the spa, but I would like to stay at the hotel next time.

I visited after making a reservation at 8 pm It's a hotel building and you can find it if you go up from the 12th floor to the 1st floor of the elevator. It's next to the sky bar. I got a traditional Vietnamese massage, and it felt like my whole body was relieved, but I was so happy because my mom was so satisfied. I recommend it! Visit after making a reservation at 8pm. The location is on the 13th floor of the L'HÔTEL du LAC Hanoi hotel in the old town. You must sit on the 12th floor and then walk up. The overall environment is great, and the masseur's skills are also very good. Overall, it's worth experiencing.
